Stayed near to lift in quiet room facing back. Bathroom had tons of shelf space to put toiletries etc and a FAN! kitchenette well equipped and bed comfy. Staff pleasant and woman very helpful. Could do laundry while waiting for check in.
Clothes storage minimal - could do with additional shelving. Check in delayed from 3pm till 5ish - and could have offered a coffee voucher for AH. Would have liked a swipe facility in lift for security. The ironing board needs padding to function properly. The marketing material great.

The staff were great, location very central.

Everything was great.

Staff were as always, super helpful and nice. Room was lovely and bed is so comfy, we always sleep so well here.
Just note there are renovations going on at the back so it can be a little noisy.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.
The property was dirty, found multiple hairs in my bed when I pulled back the duvet. The building smelled really bad, a very strange smell. Took a whole day to return my deposit after telling me they’d return it as soon as they checked the room when we left. Wouldn’t stay again.

Great location. No Bar or restaurant. Lots of food and drink option close by. Great room facilities as its a small suite with a Kitchen and Table and chairs and iron and hairdryer etc. Just like home.
No food or bar service. But you know that upfront when booking.
Pleasant experience overall.

The best thing about The Flint is Ciara who works there. I’ve never met someone so helpful! Friendly, respectful and really made me feel welcome and valued. Absolutely loved the room, the location is brilliant. So central but wasn’t noisy at all. Stunning!

Location
Where to start!!
Filthy dirty, urine stained mattress, rooms like prison cells - so dark and dingy with the tiniest windows. We were basically smack bam in the middle of a building site and the noise from 7am was actually unbearable. We checked out at 830am even though our train wasn’t until 230pm.
Awful hotel.

Great location 👌
Staff friendly and approachable.
Decor looking a little tired could do with freshening up.
Would be nice to have salt and pepper pots in the kitchen.
4.5
The facilities in the room and the location.
At the time of our stay, the property was having work done. On both mornings we were disturbed by drilling and hammering from the workmen.

Location is excellent. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful.
On booking.com it said there was scaffolding around the building until the July 2023 but it was still there which made the rooms very dark especially when we were trying to get ready for a wedding.

The location was perfect with a car park just 5 mins walk away, the apartment was very spacious, and the bed was comfortable!
When asking for simple amenities they didn’t have any (such as bottled water), and the shower head was broken. Other than that is was great.
4.5
The studio apartment was spacious, contemporary and very comfortable. Location was also great, in Belfast’s city centre. Recommended!

Location and size of room. Great shower and nice kitchen area.
They were in the middle of renovations and the rooms on the first floor (mine) did not have AC. No other rooms available. They did provide a fan though.

Excellent location right in the heart of Belfast.
We can't quite understand the excellent rating. In contrast to the photos shown, our room had a musty and smelly carpet. Unfortunately the air conditioning was broken and the promised repair was not made on the second day of our stay either. It was obvious that the lady at reception (night shift) was not interested in improving our situation in any way.

Really well placed for activities in Belfast and transport access for seeing both N Ireland and Ireland. Rooms well laid out especially well equipped kitchenette.
Bit noisy at the front of the hotel as it is next to a busy main road. They are in the process of replacing the double glazing with triple glazing.

great location, large spacious room
could have done with a top up on the shampoo etc on the second day but that’s not that important

The milk in the fridge had gone off! But the place was so good overall I haven’t marked it down for that.
