the hotel was great value for money rooms very clean beds comfy. the games room was great for the boys plenty to do most of all the pool sauna was the best myself and the boys loved it. the staff member man with ginger hair on front desk made you feel very welcome and very helpful. bar was great with good selection of drink with a good view.
the only down fall was the other member of staff lady with dark hair was very moody face like thunder like she wasn't interested to help. the boys went in the pool and she was saying I had to go in with them which I was doing just very abrupt when served us in the bar made us wait. but where the man with ginger hair always happy bubbly smiling couldn't do enough for us.

The lady on reception the day we arrived was brilliant and very helpful there was another lady on reception the following day late on and she wasn't friendly.
Hotel not very clean, I knew when I read reviews just before we arrived, so when we got there, I cleaned our rooms myself, must say though bed was lovely and clean and so comfy, breakfast was supposed to be buffet style, help yourself but on 1st day there was no buffet and they just brought us a breakfast out, 2nd day was buffet but hardly nothing there and no fried eggs?

It was convenient for trams and buses into both Fleetwood and Blackpool, excellent view of the sea from our room ( I did request a sea view) . The full English breakfast was lovely and plenty of it.
Rooms only serviced on request which we didn’t know about; they put 2 elderly ladies on the 3rd floor (there was a lift but only to them 2nd floor then stairs to the 3rd, but in fairness the receptionist did everything he could and found us a room on the 1st floor

Easy to find on the front and the tram stop was just across the road
The place was terribly outdated. The room was very small, and the window looked out on the dirty linen storage boxes. Bed was terribly uncomfortable, and because we were on the ground floor, we were next to the main road, so you couldn't open the window as it was too noisy.

Fantastic for children, couldn’t keep them out the pool
Absolutely Nothing, would highly recommend
3.5
Parking and location
Bedroom was smaller than was booked for and dirty and stains all up the wall with a dodgy bathroom floor
3.5
Pool was lovely.
Sea view
The lift not working and lots of stairs.

Linen was clean at least. That's about as much as I can say.
The room was poor. Vertical blinds rather than curtains, false ceiling with black (mould/damp) marks on it, bedside lamps that didn't work. The only chair in the room was a piano stool which would be adequate for leprechauns. Bathroom extractor didn't work. Dirty grout around bottom of shower. Furniture from the 80s - white MFI style which was not clean and was marked.
Most of all it was disappointing that the pool was closed. I chose this hotel BECAUSE it had a pool. If it hadn't, I would have chosen another hotel.
I left after one night and went home rather than spend another night there.

Very good value and most staff were lovely.
Couple of the rooms need tidying up/modernising, few dirty bits and showers not working properly in couple of the rooms. Also swimming pool being out was a disappointment.

Location was good staff was friendly
The step was too very high to get into the hotel. The room was very small. The bed was also very small. The room could have done with a lick of paint. Looked run down and very basic. Also had to pay additional fee for parking.

the location and the lady who was working was lovely and extremely helpful.
the cleanliness of the property was extremely poor, was also very loud all night and i struggled to sleep. the heating and the wifi didn’t work, i contacted about both issues and no one got back to me.
3.5
The staff were exceptional
My parents shower didnt work and can hear people very easily through the walls
3.5
The staff tried to help.
Our room was right on the stairway and drunks were banging our door most of the night, complained the next day and then we were moved to another room, on the stairs AGAIN! We knew there was entertainment in the hotel but didn't expect to hear it clear as anything in our room while we tried to sleep. Our friends in another room didn't have trouble of people banging their door but they were also able to hear the entertainment loud and clear in their room.

I was very well impressed on how welcoming and helpfull the staff were. Especially the women Andrea. A travel a lot threw my work and when I take my daughter away. Out of every where I have stayed if I found this women the best person I have ever dealt with. Also the house keeper who I can’t remember her name but Andrea will know as an asked her name twice . She was so very kind and helpful and I belive they both deserve a lot of credit as I believe they are a big asset to this place. I wouldn’t normally go out my way to do a review but I feel they very much deserves it. Apart from that the hotel was nice and clean. Better took a than a exsoexted a wkuis fer the doe value of money and the palace was really. Ice and clean ext. great how they have a look which btw you can connect you mr phone to the blue speak there so it’s good for having a wee rave party in the pool for the kids. Fight recommend this place and anytime am there now I will not be staying anywhere else. Well done to all the staff in general but Andrea and the house keeper was my favourite. Just never felt stafff to be so helpful much as they were so good on them and a hope to see them again everytime I am back up.
3.5
the staff were very friendly
I didn’t like that you had to pay extra for the pool and parking once you had already paid for your room.
3.5
It was very clean staff were very helpful and friendly plenty to do
The only thing we didnt like was the room wished it was a bit bigger and the shower needed to be bigger
3.5
The bed and pillows were AMAZING, I slept so well. The staff were also polite and friendly. Also pay for parking in the hotel, it was £6, not the NCP advertised fee of around £15. Only 50 yards from Pleasant Road tram stop.
Unfortunately the shower was very tiny, the head is fixed extremely high, meaning my child couldnt use it as she couldn'twash her hair, due to a show), and anyone above a UK size 16 would struggle. I'm a 12/14 & couldn't put one arm out fully without hitting the wall. Also, although it didn't impact my stay, the decor in my room was 1980's (very worn and tired. Rm 115).
3.5
Great location, room was good size with sea view and beautifully clean.
Plenty of space and nice bedding.
The lift, it clunked and bounced and had the old fashioned gates which people kept leaving open so you couldn't call it. Narrow corridors.
3.5
Great night there would stop there again. staff are very friendly and very informative, couldn’t have asked for any more
Not much it’s a little far out, but straight road and really easy to find
3.5
It was great value for money and the lady on reception (Andrea I think) was lovely!
There wasn't a lot of room to sit at the bar. Andrea was the only member of staff I seen, we had to wait a long time to get checked in because she was busy on the bar (not her fault). It was super hot in the rooms, a fan would have been great
3.5
Nice comfortable four poster bed, room clean, great sea view,
Shower was ok, not much pressure took a while for some warm water
3.5
The staff was amazing so nice always there to help
And the hotel was amazing also. We didn't have breakfast but the dinner was 100 percent. We booked the pool twice and both times was so good for our little one
Was all good nothing to dislike

the high step as you climb the other steps at the front
3.5
Great parking, very friendly staff, very clean and good bar pricing.
Bed a bit soft for our liking.
3.5
Room was spacious
The corner showers are a bit small.
3.5
The staff were all amazing but a special mention should be made to the reception/bar/restaurant lady who was really exceptional and was just right there to answer questions and give amazing service whenever needed. Felt like one-2-one service honestly.
There was only one spare plug socket in the room - So we had to choose between charging a phone, boiling the kettle or plugin in the hair straightener at a given time. Small detail but worth noting.
3.5
Good location
We picked this hotel because it had a pool, and paid extra for it. When we got there, we were told the pool was £5 per person, which was unexpected.
