I would go back. Good location and value.

charming but old. Generally well maintained. Staff attentive. I was initially told TV broken and unfixable but probably could have been fixed the first night.

Прекрасно отношение, топ местоположение! В близост до метростанция, което си е голямо предимство за София. Възможността за паркиране също е от ключово значение. Посрещна ни Сузана, която е невероятен домакин!

Липсата на закуска ни изненада, но се надявам да е временно, защото и преди сме отсядали в хотела и имаше закуска.Всичко останало компенсира това неудобство.

clean quite room in good location but No Breakfast was a real pain

car parking was poor , no breakfast ready when we went down at 7.30 am even after being told it would be 😡told it would start at 8.30 this was to late for our flight times so no breakfast ☹️☹️☹️

Cozy hotel with an excellent location in proximity to the main shopping street. The room was comfortable and spacious although it can use some renovation. Breakfast was simple but good.

Big room.

Some trick was played when I was offered online a free room upgrade. When I accepted I did not realize this removed my free breakfast and so there was no breakfast. The hotel does not want to provide breakfast. Sunday morning and there was no breakfast set up for any guests. Also zero electric contacts close to the bed to charge phones. Only contact was across the room and for the cleaner and vacuum. Impossible even to sit comfortably and use your phone while charging. The mattress in my room was old and smashed on one side from use.I have stayed in this hotel many times over the years and its has definitely gone downhill. I will not stay again. There are many hotels in Sofia for same price with good breakfast included and updated rooms with electric contacts next to the bed for your laptop and phones. I recommend that you stay there. I give up on expecting change and improvement of Meg Lozenetz. It is my last stay here.

Nice and classical boutique hotel very close to the centre.

Very cosy and friendly hotel with nice classical furniture and nice details. The room was spacious, warm and I also had a balcony. The location is perfect, the city centre is reachable on foot but there's a metro station right next to the hotel.

The breakfast was too simple for me, every day the same and no cakes at all.

Receptionist ask us to pay in advance, right before getting the keys. strange because we made the reservation by Booking.com. explanation was the lek of trust

What a gem!

Everything , such a beautifully furnished hotel, really stands apart from the soulless modern hotels. Such interesting pieces of art and furniture. Whoever designed and furnished it, did it with so much love and passion for the building and their business. Large room, ultra modern bathroom. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Staff so pleasent and helpful. Really it was a joy to stay here, one of the best, if not the best hotel I've stayed in in Bulgaria . Can't wait to return.

Just one small point, real butter portions would have been so much nicer at breakfast than the bright yellow horrible substitute ones. Everything else, great quality and plenty of it..

Excellent value for money, friendly staff and private parking! Absolutely recommended!

Nice people, beautiful location and clean, comfortable establishment. Also the private parking was a big plus -especially for the center of Sofia, where the parking options are limited. Would definitely return!

Well I can’t recall anything negative, except that I would recommend a replacement of the bed mattress.

Clean, well decored room. Broken shower noozle holder.

Misplaced my glasses, called back to the hotel to inquiry if found in the room spoke briefly to receptionist and then she hung up on me. Called back 4 times only to be disconnected each time by reception. Quite weird. Very unprofessional and rude. I have stayed many times at this hotel but not again.
