Our room was well equipped and very comfortable and the B&B located in fabulous quiet countryside. Breakfast was cooked to order and of good quality with generous portions and Andy the chef was friendly and welcoming. We would definitely come back if needing somewhere to stay in the area.
Unfortunately room service missed cleaning our room after our first night but the member of staff we poined this out to apologised and quickly restocked items needed

Loved the style of the farm converted buildings. Helpful staff. Dog friendly.

This place is exceptionally beautiful and the staff so nice and welcoming. From the lady who checked me in, to the chef and waiter.
The room had a lovely country feel with a beautiful oak headboard, floor and doors.
Comfortable bed and soft pillows.
The cooked breakfast was the best I’ve had in many years.
The selection of cereal, yogurt and fruit was second to none.
Well done to everyone, it was an enjoyable stay.
Absolutely nothing!

Unfortunately. we had to leave urgently as we had a unforeseen issue back home, so didn't experience the breakfast. The room was adequate for our needs. The location was off the beaten track a little. had to dodge the potholes
Wifi didn't work, no hangers in the wardrobe and tv was difficult to get channels. Plus the signage was not very good to direct us to the reception

This place is an absolute gem. Tucked away down a quiet lane in the heart of the South Downs National Park it was fantastic. The accommodation is beautifully appointed and very clean. Our family room had bunk beds in a separate room for the kids. The breakfast is cooked to order in front of you by friendly and engaging staff.
It was unfortunate that they couldn't accommodate a late check in as we had to change our plans as a result and cut our stay short.

Fabulous location and lovely buildings.
Helpful staff and faultless breakfast.
Small detail but extra coat hangers and coasters to protect the work surfaces would have been good.

Quiet surroundings and comfortable bed.
Access road had potholes.

Loved the layout, the way it was semi secluded but within easy reach of areas and walking distance of two good pubs. The breakfast was cooked to perfection and preference by friendly staff. Having a fridge in our room was very handy too.
One quibble, we only had 3 coathangers in the wardrobe and no hooks to hang any coats on. Left us with most clothing staying packed and a chair full of hoodies and coats.

A lovely setting, vast open fields & paddocks & a bit of woodland just up the hill. Friendly welcome, huge comfortable room (7), all the facilities & amenities on hand, fantastic breakfast (big portions of quality ingredients); & again friendly staff at breakfast.
Absolutely no complaints at all.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we were able to have three rooms for family, including young children, close together. The breakfast was plentiful and there was a table big enough for all of us (5 adults and 2 children) to sit together
It was quite expensive, but maybe I'm just not up to speed on costs for B and B

It was clean and quiet. Very modern. There were tea & coffee making facilities and the silent fridge would have been an added bonus if it was on!
The room was freezing. The person in charge of customer care argued that the underfloor heating was on and if wasn’t working the whole block would be complaining. It wasn’t on! We asked for a heater and she then told us there was a heater in the room. There wasn’t. Eventually, and reluctantly, she texted the manager who brought a heater to the room. He told us that the underfloor heating took a good 2 hours to kick in - really? We’d turned up the thermostat and gone out for an hour to let the place warm up. It didn’t. Overall a bad experience and bad customer service.

The room was lovely along with the grounds
The chef and breakfast were amazing. We couldn't eat again till the evening as so full. Everything was cooked to perfection whilst we watched.
The bathroom let it down, needs some tlc. Our towel heater came off the wall when I put a towel on it.

The property was beautiful, and the staff was very helpful.
Top marks to the chef as breakfast was really amazing.
Ben, the owner, who I had the pleasure to meet at breakfast every day, is truly a great guy.
I will definitely be back next time I'm in the south.
Thanks guys 👍

Good size room. Great shower. Fab breakfast.
Not enough electric sockets near a mirror for drying hair. This place is a wedding venue so hairdressing is a must.

Nice comfy room. Great bathroom and big shower. The chef was great in the morning, the breakfast he cooked was really amazing. So nice to get a proper English breakfast, none of this nonsense you get at Premier Inn etc with their awful processed sausages, cheap bacon, powdered scrambled egg, mushrooms out a tin etc. This breakfast was the real deal.

Lovely setting, located 15min drive from sea. Wedding venue so beautiful grounds and converted farm buildings. Amazing breakfast with superb chef who cooks full English all in front of you. Large clean room; ours was with the extra bunk beds in a separate, adjacent room. Dog allowed.
Was too warm on the first night due to underfloor heating over-compensating for cold wet December outside.
