- Great location and comfortable for our two families and four children
- The kitchen/diner worked really well for cooking and feeding the kids
- Comfortable beds and bed linen
It was a shame that there were no logs for the fire. We had been notified that there usual supplier couldn’t currently provide, however, guests could buy logs from a fuel station. Not sure why the property couldn’t have sourced the logs this way.
It would have been helpful to have a proper set of salt and pepper grinders. The salt one was empty and there wasn’t a black pepper grinder. Having young children we cooked the majority of meals at home!
It would have been helpful to have an option to purchase a visitors parking permit rather parking ten minutes away.

Lovely house over 3 levels, in good location for walking into city centre and shops.
Well equipped with everything you could need. Beds were very comfy.
Parking not easy.

Well presented and easy to find. Had what we needed.
No complaints

There was a fridge for milk and a cafetière available for the coffee we brought. Kitchen equipment was good. Even had kitchen roll. Two bathrooms very useful. The outside sitting area was great. Property manager communication excellent.

I couldn’t think of anything that hindered our stay
4.3
Lots of space, central, out door area
Upstairs bathroom lock broken. Got a letter through from the neighbours about keeping the noise down right at the beginning of the stay, just presuming we were going to be noisy?
4.3
Spotlessly clean, beautiful accommodation, comfortable beds, fantastic location

Lovely social areas (living room and kitchen), true to pictures and really comfy bedrooms.
More chairs needed for the table in kitchen.

Great location as not too far from the station! It’s quirky, clean and has nice living areas.
The two double rooms pictured in the listing are lovely, comfortable beds, bright and airy.
The living room is fun and quirky with a very large sofa and sofa bed. The kitchen is a good area to congregate and has bifolds to a nice patio! I love the worktops and sink (although a leaky tap).
The patio door was broken, however the owners of the property kindly warned us as advise were careful!
The upstairs bathroom is spacious and has a statement raised bathtub.
The property lists one of the rooms as a twin room however it is a single room with a pull out bed. With the pull out bed there is no room to move.
The final double room is a loft room which is fairly spacious, has a nice little balcony but the double bed is on the floor. Ceilings are low in areas so not great for anyone tall!
Downstairs shower has to be turned on and off as the drainage is very slow.

Well equip and felt like home from home.
noisy front street, not exactly fit for 10adults would have been a squeeze. Only
8 could stay in the end as not enough bedrooms as mentioned on air bnb especially with one couple with baby needing travel cot up. twin room was hardly a twin room it made a single bed into a big double (2 people had to share which was uncomfortable sleeping together that close) needs to be described better in air bnb.

The house was amazing so lovely. Really liked the location of where it was. Beautiful home would definitely recommend. The host communication was really good. Thank you for letting us enjoy your house.
The shower downstairs and upstairs kept clogging up the water wasn’t running away so the tray was filling up very quickly.
4.3
Location very central
No TV due to internet signal
Flashing bathroom lights unable to use so bathroom safety when dark
Dirty windows outside, cobwebs and torn stained rugs/ carpets.
No keys in locked bedroom patio door, only ventilation cleaners had to bring spares.

Liked the location for us it was handy to get into Brighton. Also close to wedding venue.
Good vegan restraint close by.
Plenty of room for our family to stay, loft room a little cramped.
Attention to detail required, cobwebs in the roof lights,, had to ask for tea towels but bought our own tea towels, delivered next day. Shower curtain very dirty needs replacing. Despite having quiet rule from 2200hrs, was a party next door which was very noisy and didn't stop till early hours of the morning. Could do with a pair of scissors. Wedding went well. Venue

Lovely house which was very clean and done up very well with lovely decor. All the beds was very comfy and the bathroom is very big!
Regency cottage is located about a 2 minute walk to the open market which has a few unique shops and coffee shops. It's about a 15/20 minute walk to the coast which was short enough to walk to every day and out for dinner in the evening.
We stayed for just under a week which was ideal for us as we got to enjoy all the nice things brighton had to offer!

Big and comfy

The living space with the bright open plan kitchen-dining area opening into the patio outside was just lovely! Also, great location on a pretty quiet road but only a short walk to the centre. Would stay again :)
Downstairs bathroom would benefit from some blinds
