El precio y la atencion
Quizás alguna cosa pero para el precio que se paga y la ubicación no hay queja.

Location and big carpark. Cheap
Needs serious renovation/decorating. Looking very tired. Terrible breakfast. Was given toast that was mouldy and bacon of questionable age as was grey on plate. No wifi and rooms need a good clean

Nothing.
I had done my booking for a week, the rooms were filthy with an odd stench. But the worst were the staff. Extremely rude, started using abusive swearing language and tried to manhandle my luggage while screaming at me. Only because I stayed 15 more minutes over my checkout time after staying in this hotel for a week. Forcefully unlocked the door while I was packing my stuff and intruded my privacy and started acting strange and yelling swearing words and saying that he will throw my stuff out if I don't leave. Although his father was nice and apologised for his crazy behaviour. But i would never recommend this place to anyone. The worst in the UK.

Very shabby decor, shower was pretty disgusting and curtains were extremely thin which meant that the security light outside which flashed on and off constantly all night meant trying to sleep was almost impossible. The walls were incredibly thin and could hear every creak and conversation. I ended up having to buy earplugs and an eye mask.

I stayed at the Tower House Reading for a good sixteen days. I was initially supposed to stay for a shorter length but had to extend my stay for other reasons and the staff at the hotel were super helpful and accommodative. I stayed at a single room with shared toilet. However, there were shower and a sink/basin inside the room which was very very convenient. The room was small, however, it seemed enough with a bed, a big closet hanger, the shower room, sink, and a small drawer. The room had good sunlight and enough heating. The location is very convenient with the beautiful Palmer Park on the other side of the road and shops and restaurants nearby. I would especially recommend Biriyani Lounge to anyone staying here. The hotel is quite and rooms are cleaned daily.

The hotel was quiet.
There was mildew on the shower and window frames. There was no hot water at the basin, the shower is a dribble, the shaving light didn’t work and there was only a tiny mirror. It’s cheap, but very poor.

They need to clean this place properly. The first time I entered the building I could smell the carpet. It was dirty. Rooms and bathrooms were also dirty and the sheets has holes.

very good shower and bathroom.
could do with a little TLC.
6.0
The fact that I stayed over.
Nothing interesting on the TV and the fact that I had to be in my own room at the time.

Good location for reading and surrounding areas.
Car park flat and well lit at night, as I am a motorcyclist.
The room had a very strong odour of a mixture of a damp carpet and years of use by guests, room was dirty especially all surfaces (of which I had to clean prior to use).
Bed was old.
Bathroom has seen better days, old and in bad need of refurbishment, cannot understand why anyone would now have a bath/shower installed, instead of a walk in shower, and worse a carpet fitted in a bathroom! the shower head was covered in scale as was the bath and I supsect could nto be cleaned properly as a result.
The room and decor needs upgrading.
Colour scheme was at best 1970's and run down.
Did not enjoy my stay and decided to leave early, partly due to an emergency and partly not wanting to come back.
7.0
Simple hotel but good value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, the owner was helpful and polite, and there are regular buses to the centre of town just outside the hotel.
There were some noisy people in the room next door and the walls are not soundproof.
4.0
The hotel is located next to the number 17 bus stop. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and helpful. One staff member lifted my very heavy suitcase up a flight of stairs for me. The bed was very comfy.
The room has mould and was very, very dirty. There was a layer of dust/ dirt everywhere in the room. The duvet and pillows were stained and definitely need replacing. The windows were difficult to open and shut.
6.0
This hotel is good value for money and the staff were friendly. It is also within 30 mins walking distance of Reading town centre (and railway station) and about 20 minutes walk from the University of Reading.
The rooms could do with renovation, and could have been a bit cleaner. Also, breakfast is only provided some days of the week, not others.
I happened to stay there in a period of very warm weather, and my room overlooked a fairly busy road, so I had to sleep with the windows closed - not ideal in hot weather.
5.0
staff friendly and helpful
needs updating and lick of paint

The food is very appetizing, the right dish suits me very well.
