Nice hotel, great location but no breakfast

Great location. Nice rooms

Shouldn't be called B and B if you don't provide breakfast. I had a family next door and the children were playing in the hallway right outside my door which was a little noisy and no staff around. Electric bed but one side was broken.

Comfy, clean and great value

Great price hotel which is in a prime location on the front. We went to a gig in lytham, bus stop was close by and took 45 mins, the hotel was far cheaper that staying in lytham. Staff vert friendly, beds very comfy and clean. No complaints at all

Pleasant comfortable stay

Comfortable bed great modern bathroom , individuality decorated rooms left over from previous CIC owners Good location Friendly member of staff

Only just opened under new management so still finding its feet no cafe or bar yet and continues not to serve breakfast Ask you to pre check in upload photos and also passport number etc ??? Seems bit over the top

Thoroughly enjoyable stay in a great location!

Location was great, very close to the places we were visiting. Room was very comfortable, with modern bathroom. Staff very friendly and made us feel welcome.

Shame about sleep

Bathroom bed comfortable the window was screwed shut the noise levels were bad did not sleep very good due to it but room was nice

A Stylish Stay

The B&B is located right on the promenade of Blackpool and about a 5 minute walk to the tower. I have to give a special shout out to the staff who were so kind and welcoming! The room was spotless and spacious with a gorgeous view of the sea. The room design was very modern and came with pretty much a cinema inside the room. We made use of the soundbar they had in there and just sat and watched the sea. This place is 1000% the best place we have stayed in Blackpool. We have stayed in many, many hotels here, but this was a standout, but for all the right reasons. If you're looking to spend a couple of days in Blackpool, you HAVE to stay here!

I have nothing bad to say about this place.

Quirky but very classy

individuality of rooms

limited parking no food served, need to provide breakfast at least couldn’t fill the kettle from the sink, needs short fat kettle not long slim! projector screen projecting onto door and surround sound not working glitter ball in draw not working!!

Clean, comfortable and stylish!

It’s was lovely and modern (loved the art element) very clean and very comfortable! (My children would have stayed asleep all morning if I didn’t wake them!) I have very bad arthritis so I get nervous what the bed will be like and the bed was perfect…better than my own! Staff were so friendly too. Lovely little coffee/tea station in the room with quality products stocked. 100% would stay here again! Great location, the sea is around 100 yards from the hotel and north pier is right next to it. Great pricing.

I didn’t see a disabled access, that’s the only negative for me (I need a wheelchair from time to time)

the best ever

the hole experience was fantastic we travel to Blackpool at least 6 times a year also every other weekend were all over the country as we follow the northern soul scene so were allways in B&Bs and after 6 years of traveling this is one of the best accommodations we have staid in so far were looking forward to staying there when were next in Blackpool the brilliant staff even kept the young farmers in check they was so quiet we would have never guess they were there

there is nothing they could have done to make it better its perfect

Excellent venue, no breakfast but with the location you don’t need it - hundreds of local cafes around! x

A great unique stay and would definitely look at other rooms in the hote again!

Loved the theming of the room, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern. location great too!

We were in a cinema themed room, it was pretty dark during the day with a large pink film covering the window (which was a bit odd and not really needed). Other than that everything was fine!

Avoid this luxury boutique hotel

The hotel was very poor, and so were the staff, apart from the cleaner. it’s since closed down and I’m not surprised. Got a 50% refund but it should have been 100%

The room, which wasn’t the one we booked was awful with leaking shower, light bulbs missing, paint peeling of the walls, lights broken from ceiling, lift out of order, cafe/ bar not open. No breakfast at a B&B?, and the list goes on!

No breakfast available. It really annoys me when hotels call themselves B&B but don't do the second B.

Good at art

Clean comfortable room up to date fixtures and fittings, quiet good position, near metropole.

It's a art b and b so it's slightly a design over practicality, partner would have like dressing table and mirror to do makeup, but it's still great for the price,sadly no breakfast and 10 am checkout is the earliest I had in a while.

What a find!!

What an absolute find. Beautiful b&b - loved the overall feel. The room was superb - white bed linen, uncluttered and beautifully decorated room, and a fantastic shower room. Best hotel shower in a long time! The bar was perfect, and the host lovely. Great value for money. Key card for the bnb door and bedroom door was also a winner.

I will not stay again

Did not get room we booked due to room repairs. Loose feather edge wood stored outside below our bedroom window flapping & banging in wind all night kept me awake. Toilet Flush Handle fell off.

Staff to show genuine concern when complained. An interest in staff saying they must check the loose boards outside and show a real interest in the point I raised.
