Everything was clean.
The staff were lovely and friendly and super accommodating.
Facilities in the superior cabin was excellent.
The food at the restaurant was reasonable price and fantastic quality.
The onesie bar was well stocked and reasonably priced.
We loved it so much that were coming back next month!
Nothing!

The property was clean, bed was comfy!
Only issue was the hot tub. It had a lot of limescale in it.

I was in Buttercup.
So pretty when I opened the door. Everything you need. Clean and very comfortable.
Couldn’t get some channels on the tv. But watched Emmerdale on my phone.
Bloke cutting the grass for the 3 hours before I left was annoying. But it has to be cut I suppose if I come again I won’t book a Friday morning. (Hoping he does it for the weekend guests)

The location was great, and although took a little while was very warm and very comfy bed.
There wasn’t enough toilet roll for a one night stay which I was suprised by.

Worked out where the cabin was and the keysafe from instructions so didn't need to find anyone or an office, lovely to come back at night and wander across the field to our own cosy little bubble of warm and comfort without having to worry about anyone else around.

The cabin was wonderful. It was -2 outside and the cabin was still toasty inside. It’s an excellent location and allows you to stay away from the hectic environment of life.
The floors were very cold, so I would suggest if you go in winter to take some slippers.

The location was beautiful and very peaceful. Our cabin was clean and inviting.
A couple of minor things, the sofabed was a bit tricky to put together and the toilet seat was broken.

I loved the layout of the cabin and the placement of all the cabins means you don't feel on top of each other and have plenty of your own space
Nothing

Our accommodation was out of the way, and Hidden by trees
The shower could do with having a little bit more space

The accommodation was beautiful, as was the location. The trees surrounding were so lovely and it was peaceful. The private seating area was a bonus too.
Nothing! We wished we were staying longer!

I’d stayed here a year ago in one of the superior cabins, but they have since built the Woolpack cabin which wanted to try out, so I booked this for our stay. It was lovely and a perfect amount of space for the two of us. The cabin was equipped with everything we need and I really appreciated how the cabin was decorated on arrival for my boyfriend’s birthday.

We really enjoyed our stay. The scenery was beautiful and the environment was lovely. Just wish the single bunk was higher than it is but other than that AMAZING!

The staff were amazing!! Very friendly to stop and have a chat to..

Stayed in the new cabins and it was amazing!! Definitely recommend!!
Can’t wait to return for the 3rd time!!
Bed was a little uncomfortable but nothing to knock the score down…
Shame the tv was smart tv but couldn’t get any wifi but again that wasn’t the end of the world..

Nice hot tub
Property was okay, however was really upset about the cleanliness of the cabin. Unfortunately I did not take photos of this however I wished I did.
There was lots of hair (we thought this was dog hair) in the bed we ended up sleeping on top of a blanket we brought with us.
Utensils was not clean upon arrival including the BBQ this was filthy.
What we paid for was the same for a cabin in the Lake District.
This is not a reasonable price however I was willing to pay as the photos did it justice. To arrive to an unclean bed I was gutted as this was a birthday present
