Our family stayed at this nice home in Antigua. It’s easy to walk everywhere from the home. We attended Spanish classes for part of the day and the either came back to the house or explored the city. The internet connection is strong, We had plenty of room for our family of six. The bathrooms are modern and very clean. They have a smart TV and games. They have the basic cooking utensils needed and refrigerator to cook some of your meals. The property manager knows of people who can bring hot meals. They worked well with our family when we had questions and very attentive. They were nice enough to allow a later check out because our return flight departed late.

House was beautiful. Very unassuming from the outside, as are most in the city of Antigua. House was better than the pictures showed. Anibal, the property manager was there to greet us and show us around the house, even though we were delayed by two hours coming from another part of Guatemala. He was friendly and kind. He met us when we were leaving to ensure our stay was to expectation and to close up the home for us. Will certainly stay here in the next trip.

The decoration throughout the house is amazing. Close to venues and local restaurants. Huge dining room table with fully furnished kitchen. We mostly walked through the city and all major attractions like the arch, several ruins, and breweries were within 20 minute walks. The security system left us feeling very comfortable throughout the stay. Housekeepers were very friendly and took care of trash for us several times. The host (Bridgette) is very responsive and fluent in english as well as spanish. Would definately stay here again if we have the chance.
For lighter sleepers the morning church bells that start at 6 am as well as the flock of birds living on the nearby rooftops could make it difficult to sleep in. However we really enjoyed this ambiance and the whole experience.

The home was the perfect setting for my youngest daughter's wedding preparation. She and her bridesmaids loved the spaciousness for their getting make-up and hair done. The memories will last forever. We felt at home everyday for our stay.

Very comfortable 4 bedroom house just blocks from everything you’ll want to see in Antigua. Jeffrey was super accommodating to all of our needs, as well as letting us check in early due to our overnight flight. Our family enjoyed staying here and we look forward to making our way back to stay again! Thank You again, Jeffrey. - The Hart Family

Overall experience was amazing. My family enjoyed the house. It was comfortable, the layout was very functional and it was really easy for us to feel at home. The neighborhood was save and the location was perfect. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils to prepare a formal dinner. The sounds of the birds in the morning was so enjoyable. You could hear the bells from the church. It was a delightful stay & we felt at home.

This house was in a great area for us to stay while in Antigua for a wedding. It was within walking distance to the Convento Santa Clara where the wedding was held and to the restaurants we visited with different family members in town as well. The town square was close and we could always find fresh fruits, vegetables and pastries.
The house itself was well furnished and clean and we were met at the door by the manager who showed us around upon arrival.
The beds were to die for! They each had memory foam toppers and were so comfy affording us each a restful nights sleep after our busy days.
There are many stray dogs in the city, all seemed friendly and not bothersome. However, if they decided to bark at night..... I just turned on my fan app on my phone to drown it out!!

Amazing house for a family Christmas gathering
Each year I rent a house for the family to stay and celebrate Christmas. This house was by far the best. Modern spacious kitchen, huge dining room table comfortably accommodating the whole family and the bedrooms / beds were beyond comfortable. My mom couldn’t of been happier. Jeffery was extremely accommodating and let us check in early. For a family this house has it all!
