This hotel is beautiful. It has a handful of rooms and doubles as a bustling restaurant. We stayed in Master Suite 6 and to us it really was the best room in the hotel. Large and comfortable bed, sitting area and beautiful bathroom. Balcony view of the courtyard and a hammock as well.
I will say that if you are planning on just staying in the room there will be noisy periods while the restaurant is open and the potential of a wedding next door at another property on FRI or SAT. But we had no problem with the commotions of either. In another room it may be more bothersome but not ours and not after 9 pm or 10 pm. We didn't find it an issue since we were out most nights to dinner or exploring the city
With that said - don't pass this up. We travelled in October and had wonderful weather, just one night of rain. The staff were pleasant and patient with our lack of English. The front desk arranged airport travel and laundry for us. We had breakfast most mornings and it was always good and the coffee was first rate. There is a small cafe attached as well if you prefer something quick too. There is also a speakeasy down below the restaurant and we caught a wonderful singer named Anaite - (La Barona) so please seek her out as she was wonderful. Really enjoyed the drinks we had as well - especially the Carajillo.
Locations is close enough to everything and Uber is plentiful and cheap - relative to US (Northeast) pricing. Cobblestones are unavoidable and sidewalks are narrow in the city - so embrace them. We walked often and the street the hotel is on is very quiet with a small convenience store across the street for snacks and water and a small bakery up the street for quick bites.
I got engaged on this trip to my GF so it was very important to me to find the perfect spot and someplace romantic - and I really could not have asked for a better stay or experience. We will be back for sure - possibly for our destination wedding.
Wonderful memories.

I've been having such a great time here! The restaurant is amazing—the food is delicious and everything is so clean. I highly recommend it!
It's important to value and honor every aspect of our experiences, especially the genuine moments and places that hold true significance.

Everything and everyone. Our room was comfortable, cozy and romantic. The view (we were in Suite 7) was spectacular. The food! The menu options for the complimentary continental breakfast alone was amazing, but everything on the menu was fantastic. They have a bar with an impressive spirits list, and they even have an underground speakeasy worth checking out.
Most of all, the staff. From the waiters and waitress, to the housekeeping staff, they were all lovely, charming, friendly people who treated us as if we were family. I’d especially like to commend the front desk staff. Our trip had some hiccups along the way, which were our own fault, but the clerks at the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating in helping us resolve our issue

No tiene aire acondicionado

Nice location, nice room, nice breakfast.
What really was disappointing and changed our evaluation fundamentally is that, when we got back a few days after check-out, waiting for a transfer to the airport, the person at the front desk wouldn’t help us to store our bags for a few hours. The storage room was “full” and not any alternative was suggested. Hard to understand in such a big hotel in the middle of the day.

Gorgeous hotel in Antigua. Hotel staff are lovely and very helpful. Breakfast is delicious. Room is very stylish and bathroom products smell amazing!
Rooms get a bit hot, and wish there was access to the pool other than 7-11am, especially after we did the Acatenango hike and would have loved access to the pool after that.

The property was beautiful, relaxing and welcoming. The staff were always prompt to help and services were excellent.
We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and having been to some of the best restaurants around the world, Meson Panza Verde was wonderful, one of the best meals we had; the quality, flavor and presentation of food was top notch.
I would had liked to have more variety for breakfast, and hot water in shower always available, as there was one day we did not get hot water for showering. But there was a disclosure that hot water might not be available or delayed to get through the pipe since building was an old Spanish colonial structure and hot water might take longer than usual to be available. But having a room temparature shower in a semitropical environment was refreshing. Overall, if we would return to Antigua, Mezon Panza Verde will always be our stay.

Great stay! I was at first concerned that it did not have air conditioning but it stayed cool in the room. The staff was great! The courtyard to the hotel is dreamy and breakfast was delicious and made to order.

This boutique hotel is an absolute gem! We had the privilege of staying here last year and we were so enamored that I booked five months in advance this year. Our experience always outshines our expectations! The setting is magical and the staff are Superstars! Rudolph was an excellent waiter and bartender, and went above and beyond to give us great service! The complementary breakfast was absolutely delicious! Sue Ellen was a joy, who helped us with everything we needed for a successful stay and beyond! All the very best!

Amazing little hotel with a unique decorating and style. The courtyard and rooftop are amazing! Breakfast was excellent.
The pool wasn’t really usable as it was in the restaurant so there was no where to lay by the pool. We got a message through booking.com about tours to book but didn’t really get any information from the staff about things to do or restaurants (intro to the area). They didn’t even tell us about hotel pool, hotel restaurant and areas available to us in the hotel.

Beautiful property and delicious dinner. staff was extremely kind and accommodating.
breakfast is mediocre and they were slow to bring the food. no coffee or snack options before 8am, which is inconvenient if you have an early morning tour.

My wife and I stayed one night to kick off our honeymoon and it was so romantic! We had a candlelight dinner with delicious food, live music in the background, a table overlooking the garden/courtyard, and excellent service. The room was so beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was just as exquisite as dinner the night before, the server even picked us a lemon off the tree next to our table when we asked what kind of tree it was. Communication from the staff was great as well. We also liked the beautiful views of the city from the rooftop patio.
Nothing, all was good.

expected a bigger choice of breakfast options to be fair

Great service from the staff, brought us coffe early, were all very helpful
On line check in and check out did not work. I still had to present my id and credit card on arrival and they did not know how much I owed on check out and I had to give them extra time to find the restautrant bill.

I love how there was so much space but all divided up so always felt cozy. The room was beautiful, large but still warm and inviting.
I do wish the bar was open longer. I would have loved to have a drink up on the rooftop after dinner but even when we returned at 9pm the bar was already closed
