Beautiful house & happy people.

It's located right in the center, with many restaurants around. Personnel very happy to help. The house is a typical Guatemalan house, with inner courtyard and terraces. Lovely place to stay.

wonderful , welcoming and helpful

We were so welcome and treated so well on our return visits . they tried to help us out in nay way they could and were just lovely . the hotel itself was so beautiful with a fabulous courtyard and yummy breakfasts . an easy walk away to everything in Antigua . we loved our stay here .

Excellent location. Walking distance from everything. Beautifully appointed facilities, very cozy and hemly. Staff was truly nice and very helpful.

Some exterior areas of the hotel seemed somewhat deteriorated and run down. Our room was sprayed with insecticide and stunk really badly through our stay. We asked for ambient deodorant spray or something. They did bring a fan but didn´t do much.

Charming, comfortable, stay in an elegantly decorated gem in Antigua.

What an impressive property. The location was perfect. The pictures do not do it justice. Very unique, charming and comfortable. We stayed in the front two floor apartment. This also included a private terrace that we had breakfast on. There was plenty of room for the four of us. We felt like we were renting a home and not a hotel. We didn’t{t use the kitchen facilities but if we did it would have been easy to use and everything was provided. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was nice and we were asked what we wanted the day before so they could prepare it in the morning. We were there during Semana Santa and one day the procession was outside our window. It was amazing to see it from a locals perspective outside our window.

It{s had to find something I did not like. It would have been nice if he lounge cushions were on the chairs on the terrace so they could be used, initially there was no hot water because the tank was not turned on and there was no toilet paper put into the upstairs bathroom at first. These issues were resolved quickly.
