Rooms and beds are excellent. Personnel outstanding, very friendly and helpful.
Nothing, we liked everything, this was my third time here.

The colonial look and feel from Antigua. The food was awesome!

Restaurant service was very good, very friendly staff. Check in was very fast and easy, great value for the rate, would definitely visit again.
Bed was a little too small, but can’t complaint too much for the rate I paid.

The hotel is LOVELY, the bed is amazing, the view from the room, the bathroom, the nature all around the hotel :) WOW! It was my birthday and I loved every detail. THANK YOU.
If you book through booking the Master suite, they will give you the basic room. :( So if you want a large and nicer room, make sure you talk with the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and well kept. Breakfast was excellent, we particularly enjoyed eating on terrace with a view of Volcan Fuego erupting.
A nearby church rings a bell at 6:30am. The rooms all have windows to the central courtyard, which reduces privacy.

Beautifully appointed room, quiet, overlooking fountained courtyard. Friendly, accommodating staff. Good location.

We stayed in Room 19. The room and private jacuzzi are incredible. The hotel is stunning and the staff are attentive and lovely. We’ll be back.

beautifully maintained. great breakfast included in the tariff
two queen beds in the room left no space for a couch. only had a chair in a tight corner. hotel is at a corner of Antigua. Although town center is a quick walk away, there are many other equally nice and equitably priced hotels even closer to the town center

I liked the charm of the whole place, the restaurant was great, shower was great, and the place was quiet which is what I needed before hiking the volcano the next day.
It was farther than I thought from the main center but only like 15 min. Not bad at all. Also breakfast wasn’t available till 0700 and I had to leave before then.

I would have preferred more daylight in my
room.

Beautiful place, the colonial building, rooms and gardens are so nice. Besides that the hospitality is great, we became sick & Alfonso really helped us out! Last but not least the food is delicious. If you go to Antigua, I would recommend to stay here!

This hotel is amazing , colonial decoration and very clean and beautiful. the staff are very kind and respectful . They really provide great customer service , will recomend and look forward to stay next time i visit Antigua Guatemala.
I can't say anything negative about this Hotel because what we experience was above our expectation . But one data that will help when you book a room make sure you visit the actual hotel web site to know the correct description of the room you booking ,travel .com was not accurate on the description of the room I book . Also the AC was not much cooling inside our room how ever with the pleasant weather in Antigua Guatemala is not much of a need of a AC, IS JUST ME since I reside in Miami Florida and we use AC all year around. Great Hotel

nice gardens, good food and excellent service.
the hotel is nice, but is not designed to have enough spaces to enjoy and relax. They have great views but not comfortable sitting to read or just chill. At the end, they just offer a nice place for sleep but is not really a hotel and spa, the price should include at least the use of the jacuzzi for an hour, but this was extra. As for the spa menu, it was very plain. They just have massages.

The hotel and the staff was excellent. I felt like I was at a 5 star hotel at times. The food was very good as well. The shower had hot water!
They put a candle with scented liquid in the room. The scent was very potent. I am very sensitives to all scents and got a horrible headache from it. We turned it off as soon as we got to the room. I had to air the room out but it still would not go away. My friend who is not sensitive to smells said it was overwhelming. I would recommend to them to not use these unless someone wants one.

Excellent Forentino breakfast,. And the taco soup was wonderful. We very much liked that when we asked for the soup to be shared (com partir) that the server brought it out in two separate bowls. And then the same was done for the Tiramisu dessert! Wonderful service. And Alfredo took us on a tour after dinner to show us the wine cellar and the 3rd floor deck. He is obviously proud of the establishment, as was Manuel the next day. Glenda was a wonder massage person. And the customer service at the front desk was wonderful. They spoke English well, they accommodated our desire to move to a slightly larger room. I liked the slippers, so I asked if I could buy them, and I was offered to keep them without charge! Sometimes it is the little things that leave an impression - but in this case it was both the big and the little tings - as the gardens and rooftop setting for enjoying a lazy afternoon with a bottle of wine was delightful as well. When it came time to leave, we were able to leave our bags at the front desk while we wandered a little longer. It was all truly wonderful.
Tiny bit of feedback on the eggs benedict. It would be enhanced if the underlying English muffin was toasted, because then the eggs and salmon would have been warmer. The hollandaise sauce was quite delicious, and having the very fresh salad was excellent.

Very comfortable and quiet with a lovely roof terrace for breakfast.
