Fab spot. Very convenient for Goodwood
Was expecting a bar of soap or suchlike in the shower. Bed not quite long enough for 6’2” person

Pod is like a Wendy House for grown-ups! Absolutely delightful, really well thought out for max use of space. Believe the web pics they're spot on accurate. Very well equipped and not used cheap tat. The lake is glorious, lots of birds tushing about, lovely trees, can glimpse A27 but it's a fair distance away and the lights reflect on the lake nicely..welcome folder very informative.
Challenging to find! 😆 But we managed it in the end.

Parking alongside Lodge. Electric radiator and a fan provided. We'll positioned facing East for sunrise. Good hot shower. Quality chairs on balcony. Very clean. Securely gated site.
Only left half a toilet roll for 3 of us. Cement mixing plant was noisy after 9am Saturday which wasn't really a problem for us.

Amazing views and easy to find. Excellent for a few nights. Local to big shopping area for food and other essentials. Very busy road to cross though, so be careful.
Two wooden tree logs just to the left on entry. At night it is very dark and unfortunately we hit one as it was out of view and caused a lot of damage to the front of our car. These need to be moved as there is no real purpose for them.

Location was great and very quiet. If you want a morning coffee there is a Costa Coffee nearby as well as a supermarket and fast food chains.

It was lovely and secluded, but easy to get to if you don’t have a car! I was looking for reviews on this before booking, so
I ended up getting a cab there on the way in, however on the way back realised it was only a 20 minute walk from the station! The view of the lake was very peaceful. I went on a rainy weekend and spend the whole time watching the rain on the lake. The shower was hot and powerful it a bit cramped. The kitchenette was big enough to cook for two. I would solidly recommend this place for a London get away
Nothing! For us a little indoor table to eat at would have been nice. But not a dealbreaker

Lovely location and fab use of space. Beautiful scenery and unbelievably calm. Genuine joy from watching the ducks on the water. Near main roads but you don't notice a thing.
Shame there was only a bathmat no other towels which I didn't realise. I didn't realise it was bunk beds in this place which was not an issue just not expected.

The location was great
The bird crap on the outside table. People want to eat outside but we couldn’t use the table. This has been mentioned by previous customers.

Property was well located and accommodated for all our needs.

The view was incredible!! It’s a great size in the pods very impressed you could fit a double bed and bunks beds.
It was a bit far to get into town but the property makes up for it with the views.

lovely property which was a lake side cabin. Everything we needed for our short stay.
kettle, fridge, and a welcome pack. the shower was lovely and hot and the beds were comfortable with towels included.
The sunset was something spectacular! Beautiful!
One thing that wasn’t mentioned however, was the constant noise/alarm coming from the adjacent cement factory which kept me up all night, followed by a very tired (and dangerous) 5 hour drive home the next day.
Aside that, we didn’t have any other issues but it would have been better had the owners been honest about the noise.

fun, clean, Well thought out accommodation in a central location. my two young boys 8 and 11 years, thought it is a real adventure. Great to wake up to the lake in the morning. Great hosts excellent instructions, very accommodating.
liked all the facilities and location of the property, maybe hide the view the portaloo outside.

Distance from Chichester and local supermarket for last minute purchases!
There were no bowls in the kitchenette. A few plastic items for young children would have also been useful. Towels hooks were also lacking in the bathroom.

One of the best trips away we have had in a very long time. Quiet stay. Beautiful views. Clean accommodation.

Beautiful view and loved the ease of getting keys. The location was handy for travel into Chichester and Goodwood. It was very clean and well kitted out.
Could have done with a bigger sofa bed- my hubby and I are both tall and struggled to fit comfortably on it. There was a lack of toilet roll so had to buy some straight away. The noise from the main road was very loud but couldn't be helped. These were minor niggles. We were very happy for two nights there.

The pod was great. It was really clean and functional. It was great for what we needed and it was very exciting for the kids. A fan was also provided - which was handy in the exceptional heat.
It was a good location for getting into Chichester as well as the South Downs.
Although the view is spectacular, it is based on an industrial estate, and we could frequently smell something that was akin to a rubbish dump - it's possible it could have been chemicals from one of the businesses. Also, it is next to a busy A road and the noise is relentless - even throughout the night.

Outlook. Lawn area. Wildlife
Parking could be tricky if adjacent pod was occupied.
Perhaps a few hooks in the un-suite.

View across the lake. Security and privacy.
