Great location, immaculately clean and staff were super friendly. The 24h cafe bar and 24h reception is really useful.
Look, the rooms are teeny tiny but you have everything you need and this is made clear before booking so it’s not a problem.

Fijne plek, leuke gezinskamer met aquariumstapelbed en mooie grote beeldschermen. Verder prima wat betreft netheid en hygiëne.

Location was perfect for me. Lovely area, very good transport around the hotel. Plenty of places to go eat and drink.
This time the AC unit wasn't working properly. Not a big issue as it wasn't too hot. Just to mention it.

Nice modern hotel. Rooms modern and comfortable

Easy access to all of town. Cleanliness of the room.
Wish a/c would cool lower and push more air. Sounded like I was in a fish tank in the room with so much water noise from plumbing

Check in was excellent with very professional staff member. The room I was given was very quiet, clean and comfortable. the location was perfect and I would definitely stay again. Really good value for money.
Everything was perfect. I have no complaints.

- I appreciated the two quality 'Taylors' coffee bags for fresh coffee rather than those cheap, bitter Nescafe sachets.
- Two packets of hot chocolate!
- The mattress was good quality: firm and comfortable (good for me).
- I had an excellent sleep (which was needed as I had a long day ahead of me for work). The room was away from the main road which massively helped.
- Excellent Air Conditioning system. Often the air con system in hotels isn't that effective and/or make a loud 'whirring' noise, which tends to keep me awake (meaning I have to switch them off when I go to sleep).
- The room was clean and well maintained.
- The Hotel has its own cafe which doubles up as its breakfast room.
- Good quality toiletries
- Good shower and pressure
- The 'granola bar' section was free at breakfast (however, avoid the cooked breakfast - see below)
- The high cost (£256.50 for one night).
- The Queen room was very small and there was no proper partition/boundary between the bed/room and the toilet. The room is 'okay' for someone travelling on their own only (for example, if you were traveling as a two you could quite easily hear your partner/friend going to to the toilet. Solo travellers only.
- The so called 'cooked breakfast'. Expecting a cooked breakfast, I was given something that looked like vomit with chunks in a small bowl that cost me £13. However, I mentioned this at the reception and plans were already in place to change this. Fortunately, the 'granola bar' section was free, so I just helped myself to this because the cooked breakfast was way too small/poor.
- I thought the bar of soap was a waste of plastic and soap in the toilet. Maybe have a small bottle of hand soap/handwash instead?

I was offered an upgrade of my room which definitely put a smile on my face.
It was difficult to change the blinds position in order to decrease the amount of light coming in the room. Although few choices available, the distance to tube stations was not indifferent particularly while carrying bags.

Great location, helpful staff, great facilities for the room size

Central. Nice view. But church bell noisy! Clean. Offered water and fruit in reception.
No air conditioning in hallways near lift area. Very hot. WiFi did not work within hotel on my phone during my stay, so was on 4G. Church bell opposite woke me up at 6am and every hour after that until I checked out. Should have been informed how early that started! Pillows uncomfortable.
