Thank you Filippo you were very helpful !! The White staf was very Nice and welcoming. We could not sleep at all, you can Hera EVERYRHING in the street !! On saturado night people screamed outside non stop until 5am …. HORRIBLE EXPIRIENCE !

This hotel was gorgeous! The rooms were lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see in town from this location. Lots of fine restaurants all around it. Large breakfast every morning.

Sufficient is the only word I have to fully describe our stay. We booked the “Junior Suite”. The desk told us second floor and we couldn’t find the room. It was behind the maids carts in an hallway up a crazy weird little staircase. It was a large room with a lot of space, that is the only compliment I have. It looked NOTHING like the rooms online on the website that were advertised. It was hard to carry the luggage up. It is NOT secure. It has a funny little tiny French door system that is secured by a skeleton key with no notches, any child could pick the lock. I told the desk I felt unsafe and they said it is the only room without an electronic lock and there were no other rooms. The shower drain did not work, there was no shower door (there were tracks so it was clearly missing). The toilet ran. There was only one real bed and two VERY worn out couch beds. The cups in the pantry were dirty. The front desk told us a taxi would take 3 min and not to pre-order one, and then when we came down they said it was 40 min. We almost missed our train. Other than it is close to a lot of things, I would not stay here again, especially not in the weird little room that is 209.

We arrived a couple of hours early and were pleasantly surprised when the hotel offered us early check-in, which is not something we experience often. Our room was exceptionally spacious, almost as if it were part of a converted residence, featuring a kitchen with a sitting area, two bedrooms, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom. The staircase was particularly beautiful, with ornate detailing and spiral steps. The location was ideal, just a short distance from the Accademia, making it convenient for sightseeing. The included breakfast was decent too

Property needs serious reconstruction … lobby area is large but not air conditioned … rooms and bathrooms are horrible … mold on walls … no day light due to clear glass 3-4 meters from residential building Not any vegetables for breakfast

This room was very different. It felt like it was not typically used for clients but it was the only way for them to accommodate a family of 4. And they were not wrong, the kids loved it. The only issue was the kitchen had nothing of use not even a coffee machine and the fridge (2 of them) did not work. If you have any physical challenges of any kind this room is not for you. There is a very tricky stair you have to take before you get to the room. We like it, but it is for sure not for everyone. Call the hotel in advance and get the information of the room before going.

The room itself was barely kept clean, the walls were covered in marks from bags etc and the bathroom shower showed that it was barely taken care of- a cursory clean at best. I also was threatened with police action because I was a little slow checking out- because I was dizzy and nauseous after a head injury. Cannot recommend it less.

The hotel looks fine on the outside the rooms need a bit of upgrade. The bathroom was very dark with a shower door hard to manipulate. There was water dripping in the main hallway as soon you get upstairs. The service was good with breakfast included

The property location (5min walk to the Duomo) is fabulous; the staff was terrific, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The ONLY issues (and both are horribly minor in relation to the overwhelming positives of the hotel): 1) the hallways need a bit of decor - the feeling is the property is not complete; and, 2) the delicious coffee just needs to be hotter - I know,such a problem to have..... I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Florence!
