Brian was there when we arrived. Even though we were a little early, the home was ready. He was very friendly and welcoming. We loved it!

Second stay here, we loved it. Will use again
Nothing at all

Huge accommodation
Quite expensive

Two bedrooms, on site car parking, and various facilities provided. The owner is very helpful and responded very quickly when in need.
Dish washer and washing machine can't be used and fortunately I did not require the use of these facilities. It seems that the area of the apartment is not of the size as stated. Some of the utensils in the kitchen need replacement.

I've stayed in a LOT of properties from booking.com over the years and I've never been so impressed. Communication was incredibly clear, host was extremely helpful and the property was fantastic. The cupboards and fridge were stocked with complimentary breakfast items etc which was incredibly useful as we had a crazy travel schedule for the trip. I can't recommend this place enough - fantastic property and incredible value.
Nothing - absolutely perfect stay.

It's located in a tranquil area

Breakfast was a great addition to the stay.
Location was perfect for where we wanted to go.
It is not a titanic view - thought we would be closer to the titanic.
It is not an easy walk to the Belfast Castle

Kindness of owner, very well equiped appartement
Very good for up to 5 adults, 2 adults is maybe too much for that sofabed, space is excellent

The apartment was very comfortable, plenty of space and had everything we needed. Brian was very helpful. The location. was perfect for our stay. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for somewhere quiet but near the city centre.

Easy to find. Had everything we needed. Quiet location.

This is a really lovely, spacious , well fitted out property. it was tastefully furnished and so well stocked. we were four friends and it was perfect for us - we were very comfortable and the proprietor was quick to reply . Lots of extras in the kitchen which is a nice touch
Unfortunately I think we were just unlucky this time. we had come from Giants causeway and we were absolutely drenched and couldn’t wait for a hot bath. The bathroom had not been cleaned which was clearly an oversight and I was fine to let that go but then when there was not enough towels for each person ( we had to share)or toilet paper for one night I find that unacceptable . i think when paying £169 per night I would expect the apartment to be inspected after cleaning. But I realise it’s maybe a one off.

Like home from home. A great apartment with brilliant facilities.

Location is great. A short walk from a bus stop that goes direct to the city for about 2 pounds. Taxi was about 10 pounds for six people to city. The apartment was clean and spacious and comfortable. Brian the host left us food and basic essentials in the fridge which was much appreciated. We stayed one night for a concert in Belfast and will be planning to stay again in the future.

The apartment is really lovely and is a great size for 4 people. It's about 10 minutes drive/£10 taxi to Belfast City centre.
The host is so friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated that they left fresh milk, tea, coffee, cereals, pastries and bread etc which is great if you were stuck for a snack as there are no shops nearby.
Nice little balcony too.
All in all a great stay. Would return. Thank you.
Not much but the shower was tricky to find a happy medium temperature and one of the toilets wouldn't flush properly.

Clean apartment, great location and Brian the owner was first class

The apartment was spotless. There was Netflix and plenty of takeaways to choose from. We had a lovely Chinese. Highly recommend and will def be booking again but for next time we will stay longer.

The location was perfect for accessing the city, but was in a lovely, quiet area with lovely views. The apartment is big and spacious and has everything you would want or need for a group staying. Brian was very helpful and even with the contactless arrival/departure everything went very smooth. There were lots of thoughtful touches throughout the property.
Nothing.

Apartment is lovely and completely exceeded our expectations.
Spotlessly clean.
Food in the fridge and essentials on our arrival was well appreciated and a nice touch. Brian, the proprietor, was a legend and couldn't have been more helpful.
You'd be seriously hard pressed to find anywhere near as good for the price.
