Breakfast was good but could have been hotter, they was plenty of variety.
The bed was so hard I couldn’t sleep, we ask for a sea view and we couldn’t see out of the window because it had constant condensation the seals had gone in the window, they was nothing comfortable about the room.

Breakfast, dinner, caring staff, but room 90 could do with a little attention under window,,,,
Asked for a seaview, but windows rather dirty obscured clear view, of the sea,,,,

Great place, lovely staff, lots of entertainment, homely, good atmosphere, we were very impressed, pizza's were great enjoyed very much 👍 very nice hotel don't have to out it's all there under one roof.
Mattress was a bit hard, everything else spot on .

The entertainment and staff were very good.
The breakfast was OK. No fruit selection. Cereals and cooked breakfast and a waffle Orion to make your own.
The room next door have the TV on all night which we could hear clearly through the walls and the window would not shut therefore the bin men woke us up after not much sleep all night to to the loud Tv. The staff fixed the window the next day but I suggest they try to move tv's where possible to a wall away from adjoining rooms.

The ease of finding the hotel. Booking in was easy, and the staff were welcoming and polite. Spacious room, comfortable beds, very clean and goid value. Will definitely stay here again and recommend them to friends and family ♥️
They only set our table for 2 instead of 3 both times we arrived for breakfast

The location was brilliant how ever the hotel is more for elderly couples and not young families
The entertainment was more for older people and not for young families

The location of the hotel is great. The Bar and entertainment was pretty good. Overall it was good value for money. Staff were helpful and friendly
The room we stayed in is desperately in need of modernising. The furniture was outdated and run down. However the rooms were clean

Very honest review - price for being on front is reasonable, bed was very comfortable
Very honest review- first impressions were AWFUL.
Parking situation is absolutely abysmal, really tight double parking where people block you in , and it's our responsibility to call the owner of the car to move their car when we want to move, we weren't informed of this kind of parking else we would've paid because the hassle it caused was ridiculous. Someone parked so close to our car we couldn't get in , we asked the receptionist to help and one of them was quite snappy saying they've been drinking all day so can't move it ?? We couldn't get our bags out and hadn't even been to the room yet.
After nearly AN HOUR it was sorted however it causes so much hassle, taking other people away from their holiday to move cars.
Other b&bs I've stayed In with similar parking take your key so they move the cars, this sort of arrangement definitely needs to take place.
Secondly , when we went down for breakfast which we'd pre - booked, we weren't even on the list?! We were sent to a different restaurant who had no table ready for us and the breakfast is definitely not worth the money.
Me and my partner are a young couple and travel often , we NEVER complain about somewhere and are pretty easy going but we won't be coming back to this hotel.

Restaurant waiting for breakfast not enough service stations

Easy access to the main area where the arcades etc are as there is a tram stop over the road from the hotel.
The room was nice enough with all the facilities you’d need, just needed some attention to detail.
Things like the tv remote having tape over the back to keep the batteries in and the leather chairs in the room were really worn and fraying.
But for £30 it was fine.
The car parking was a bit limited if you choose not to pay for priority parking.
It’s a bit of a maze, for our room you had to walk all the way through the cabaret lounge past people enjoying a drink and then through the door near the stage, a bit awkward and confusing.

Nice place comfortable room lovely staff good entertainment.
Evening meal disappointing but breakfast good.

Staff were friendly especially in the downstairs dining area. Food was ok but needed to be hotter.
The room was cold even though there was a radiator, but it only came on twice a day. The toilet leaked and was reported but never fixed. The location of the room was out the way from anyone else, and to get to it, you had to walk through the restaurant, which was difficult when people were dining.

Location was great. Tram outside for travel up and down the shore.
Paid for large double room. Hotel room was tiny and definitely not the size room I paid for.

location
staff rude, especially on reception. checking in staff rude and uninterested in answering a question, checking out staff completely different (very friendly). room was nothing like what was advertised. (sea view) window covered in smeared paint. only used the bar twice but the man on the bar was friendly. furniture in room ok apart from the chair that was falling to bits.

We arrived at our check in time of 4pm the people at reception were very friendly and helpful. Parking was free which was very good considering how difficult it is to find parking in Blackpool full stop! The location is very convenient as it is close to the main attractions one being the pleasure beach that was visited during our stay here. The room was on the small side but we didn’t mind this as it was just somewhere to get our heads down for the night. The bed was extremely comfortable and we both went out like a light and slept through till the morning. Now with the price we paid to have a comfortable room and then have breakfast was really ideal as we didn’t have to mess around finding somewhere to eat. We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the breakfast restaurant which was a self service buffet with cereals, teas, fruit, yogurts and a cooked breakfast station which the chef plated up for you. The chef was lovely had a really positive vibe and I was able to engage with him and have a laugh which is a nice touch which just adds to the service in a place like this. I couldn’t fault the breakfast it was delicious and started off our day in the right way.
It was a little dated once you have a look around the hotel you will see what I mean. I think with a little redecorating and care it could be modernised to make it look more appealing to the eye. The stairs were very creaky and when we were in the bedroom we could hear the people walking above us which was a bit annoying but thankfully didn’t disturb our sleep.

Very helpful staff and good location where hotel is situated
The extractor fan in my room in the bathroom didn't work. Didn't like the idea of walking through a Entertainment room where people were drinking to get to my room.

Location is great. We had a night where it rained so the entertainment at the hotel came in very handy, there’s also bingo and a pool table.
The property is quite dated and could do with a thorough deep clean, some of the carpets are quite grim. Service at breakfast can be quite slow.
