Very nice safe, warm property, with most facilities. Comfortable. All bedrooms with nice en-suites. Everything was clean and cosy. Afternoon tea was left for us which was a lovely touch,
TVs in bedroom had no digital input and analogue signal didn't work even with aerial booster. TV in lounge had access to free streaming services such as player though.

Perfect location. Very close to Weatherspoon and pubs and town centre.
No parking designated between 9-5pm but there are some parking spaces nearby, just need to look for them.

the house was perfect, we couldn’t have asked for a better location, everything was so close, the bedrooms were lovely and big everything was perfect. the host Liz was lovely. I would definitely book it again.

A very clean and comfortable property very close to the town centre. All the rooms were large and well appointed. 10/10 and we will happily use this property again.

Location was excellent, right in middle of town. All rooms were good size, nicely decorated with excellent facilities. All rooms en suite, small outdoor seating area, garden too but not easily accessible.

Beautifully furnished and accessorised. Perfectly located to the town centre. Amazing garden accessed at the top of the house with wonderful views over the valley
A couple of small things - we missed a coffee machine and bath mats when stepping out of the shower.
We struggled to moderate the temperature on one shower( and the ‘ spare’ shower wouldn’t come on for us).

We liked the location which was walking distance to everything we needed in Tavistock. Liz was helpful before and during our stay. The property was spacious and warm, nicely decorated and homely. Parking overnight is free and there are usually spaces right in front of the house. During the day, you need to park elsewhere if you are staying in town for the day.
Parking was a bit tricky. We parked in residential area on the road above the property, it was quite a steep road up and back so anyone with reduced fitness may need to note this.

Liz was lovely, helpful and welcoming. the property was beautiful decorated and the kitchen well equipped. We had a wonderful short stay here and even though there was a small boiler problem, Liz and her husband were quick to get it rectified. We would stay here again.

This house is fabulous! Everything you could wish for is in the property. There was plenty of room for 6 adults attending a family wedding! All rooms on suite was a bonus. The kitchen was really well equipped and the seperate dining room big enough to sit us all was a nice touch too. Great communication with owners and staff. We will be back and thoroughly recommend it to everyone. 10/10

This property sleeps 6 I had originally 3 of us staying. Out of courtesy I informed the owner my daughter and 2 grandchildren would be joining us. I was charged £20 per person more apparently to cover extra laundry cost. £60 really??!! Left me feeling a little ripped off.

Lovely house with a very good location. We were 5 people and had 4 modern bathrooms, so it was perfect for us. The garden and bbq area is amazing, we didn't expect as it is. Nice views from there.
The parking restrictions in front of the house but it wasn't a big problem as the hosts explained us were to park for free.

Perfect location for Tavistock and surrounding areas.
Beautiful spacious accomodation with good sized bedrooms and ensuite facilities. A kitchen with room to eat breakfast and chat whilst cooking, a good size dining room and lounge with games and books available. There is a secluded courtyard and a hidden garden with garden chairs etc supplied. A charming quiet spot to while away an hour or two when not perusing the local independent shops and market.
A short walk will take you to the viaduct where you can view tavistock from above.
nothing worth mentioning ! Like all old buildings there are quirky bits but that adds tothe charm.

Loved everything about this house, absolutely met our needs, we were warm and comfortable. Four loos was very convenient. Plentiful hot water for showers and bath. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of room. Nicely presented. Great location. And very cool courtyard and garden.

The House was exceptionally clean on arrival and full of character, with all the modern bathroom and kitchen facilities, best of both worlds!! The location was perfect, to walk to local restaurants and pubs, take aways were also handy if you wanted to use them. Tavistock is a lovely friendly town with plenty going on during the day, also a great place for accessing Dartmoor for lovely walks, also just a short drive from Plymouth, with the Hoe and Barbican etc, couldn't find a fault with the property, and Liz the owner, was brilliant, and on hand if we needed anything!!! (Thanks for the crean team, on arrival Liz!!!), there was enough for us to enjoy over a couple of days!!! We will be back!!!!
