We loved this home for our family reunion!

This property has plenty of room to accommodate filling all of the beds while providing secluded areas for quiet time if desired. The garage game room was awesome and used a lot. The neighborhood is quiet with low traffic yet just a few minutes from Grand Lake and all that little town has to offer. We rented a pontoon one day and most of the family were able to make a short walk to a public dock located very close to the property. Trail Ridge Marina was where I rented our pontoon, and they are good people with great service and are easy to work with. I highly recommend this property based on the quality of the house, the location and the great communication with the owners.

The home was great for our three family holiday retreat. The pictures can’t show the actual beauty of this home. It provided everything we needed for a great stay. Communication with the owner was easy.

This is our third time staying here. It fits our three families great. We will be back.

The house was beautiful and very well appointed. We really enjoyed gathering in the huge kitchen and playing games. The view from the deck was breathtaking. The hummingbird feeders were a great source of entertainment, as 6 of them visited daily. Centrally located and great access to RMNP. The elevator was a lifesaver for our wheelchair bound guest and older guests. I might suggest hand rails in the master shower and toilet to complete the accessibility. Overall the house was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

This was an amazing home to stay in for our family reunion. We can tell how much the owners love this house and want it to be comfortable for guests. Excellent location to the lake and downtown Grand Lake. Plenty of space and amenities. We loved it.

The house was very well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely rent this house again if we come back to the area!! The guys in our family never left the game room/area when we were home, that is definitely a added bonus to the house as well!

We had a wonderful 4th of July stay here! Perfect for kids and families and a short drive to downtown Grand Lake.

We had 7 adults and 2 kids. Everyone had space. The elevator really helped get the luggage upstairs. Patio was wonderful and location rocked! Debbie was easy to get ahold of and solved my issues we had.
We highly recommend this house for any family get together.

This is our second time staying here and it’s a beautiful home for our two families. Stunning views! The air hockey and arcade table is wonderful for our kids. We plan to stay here again.

This property was perfect for our family of 14. Lots of room, games for the older kids to play, and the elevator was very helpful. We were there over Christmas and had a blast. They had the house decorated beautifully for Christmas. The property is well stocked with everything you need. Close enough to get to other activities but not right in the middle of town. They even had sleds for sledding in the snow and toys for building snow animals and snow balls. It is a perfect house for a larger family.

This was a great place to stay with family and friends to enjoy the beautiful mountains and explore the area. The cabin was well stocked and had plenty of room for both families. The air hockey table was a hit with the kids.

This is a four-story home. Very nicely furnished and decorated. It accommodated our large, extended family very well -16+ people. The large kitchen has a lot of counter/island space where a lot of our activity was centered. The deck off the main floor is large and hosted eating, sunning and reading for various members of our group. One observation - access to all bedrooms requires stairs. That might be important for someone with mobility issues. It did not present a problem for us. Easy access to the town, lake and RMNP. Nice walking the neighborhood too.
Bottom line, I would rent this home again in a heartbeat if we were to stay in this vicinity again.

Perfect setting for our large 3-generation family vacation. House is perfect for all ages—lots of activities in and out of the house for kids, and each family had their own part of the house to retreat to for rest and relaxation (naps for babies and grownups!:)! We enjoyed fishing on the lakes, hiking in the park, and visiting town. Owner responded to a couple of questions we had very quickly as well. Well-stocked kitchen and amazing (toddler-friendly) deck that we spent many, many hours visiting on.
Wi-fi was sufficient for all of our needs, and we even enjoyed a movie night (adults upstairs, kids downstairs) one rainy evening!

Family Reunion
After several years, a well deserved reunion took place at Grand Lake, Colorado. Beautiful setting & the town just a few minutes away. There was eleven of us, six adults & five children & of course the children enjoyed the downstairs with the bunkbeds & the game room.

Incredible property
We had a fabulous experience. Loved the roominess and the games in the garage were a huge hit with the kids and adults alike. We celebrated the 4th and saw fireworks from the house which was nice. Even saw a young adult elk walk around the house one day as we were sitting on the deck. Amazing. We’d definitely recommend this place!

Fabulous Mountain Stay!
This house was perfect for our family reunion to celebrate high school graduations and reconnect. It was an easy walk to hiking trails and the lake. The house was beautiful and had plenty of space for the cousins to hang out in the game room while the adults enjoyed the deck. The kitchen was well equipped and layer out so everyone can help cook or hang out and watch. I would definitely recommend this property for a large group getaway!

Great location and Home
We had our family reunion here and it was awesome. Plenty of space, great amenities, amazing views, perfect location to enjoy Grand Lake and RMNP. Only downfall for us was having to strip all the beds before we left. When you have 4 kids under 8 & an infant and are trying to get everything and everybody packed & ready and out the door in the morning, it was just an added stressor, especially considering we are already paying a lot for a cleaning fee. But everything else made it worth it. Great vacation home!

Great Spot in Grand Lake for Families Close to Granby!
We had 3 families stay at the property. We really enjoyed our time. Thank you Debbie for all of your hospitality. The kids really enjoyed being able to stay together in the large bunk room and playing all of the games in the garage.

This house accommodated our family very well. We were able to do all our cooking there with the provided kitchen utensils. There was plenty of room for everyone and the kids had fun in the garage with the games.

This beautiful cabin was amazing, I will definitely recommend to stay at this property, the view is absolutely gorgeous, the space with in the cabin was really beneficial due to the fact that we had a group of 11 family members with us. Its a must see , if you plan on taking a trip to Colorado, don't hesitate to stay at this beautiful cabin.

Snowmobile Trip 2022
Loved the property. Neighbors were a bit cranky, but to be expected in am HOA. They did allow us to keep our trailers there even though they were not allowed, contrary to the owner. We did trailer every day which was fine, but would have rather road from the house as discussed with the owner. Did not have near enough hot water for all of us to shower. So we had to shower in shifts of 1/2 -45 min intervals. House was a bit dirty, food, some random clothing under furniture, and beds. Definitely not spotless. Would be nice if there was a curtain in the master bath over the window in front of the shower. Nothing like the neighbors watching you as you shower. Not a fan. Other rhan a few things over all the home was perfect for our family. The air hockey, and arcade game got plenty of use. Just know when you plan a vacation in Grand Lake which in itself was wonderful, becareful of where you rent a home. HOA's are not a fan if rental properties in their neighborhood. We will be back next year, just not to thus property. Thanks to the town of Grand Lake, the Grand Lake Trailgroomers, and Granby for a great time. And thanks to the neighbors of the HOA for not pitching to much if a fit.

Great location! Comfortable home.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Riggin's Paradise. The location was great for our kayaking loving family, as we were just a 2 minute drive to our launching spot at the lake. The house was equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable, ie...plenty of dishes, beds, cookware, towels, and seating. Though the large deck did not provide us with a view of the lake, (the balcony off the master did however), there was plenty of seating, both a gas grill and fire pit, and the numerous bird feeders attracted all kinds of birds. The stellar's jays were our favorite! Two added features came in especially helpful for our family. The first was the air hockey and game tables in the garage, which we used everyday. Second was the elevator. The house does not have a bedroom on the main floor, so the elevator was invaluable to my aging mother. This house would be great for large groups, sleeping 16 in beds and 4 more on futon sofas. A few things to note, which we're not a big deal to us but might be to others. First, the carpets had some stains, which you'd expect of a rental this size. Second, I imagine the house would be quite warm in the summer, given that it is not air conditioned, and the large, beautiful windows let in a great deal of light. And lastly, the deck is not covered so, once again, would probably be quite hot in the summer. As our stay was in the fall, it was not a problem for us. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property. The location and decor made for a wonderful mountain getaway for our family!

Paradise in the Mountains
The Riggins Paradise was a wonderful home for our family. We had eight people staying at the house and we had plenty of room to spread out. Having the crib was a wonderful addition, however it could use a new mattress. The home is less than 10 minutes from Grand Lake and about 15 minutes from Granby. It is a nice distance away from everything. One evening we watched three moose walk near the property. My brother-in-law purchased some birdseed for the back deck and we loved watching the birds and chipmunks come enjoy a meal. If you're looking for a serene getaway, this is your place.

Family Christmas Vacation
The cabin was amazingly beautiful, we had a very good time. The view from the cabin was just breathtaking, everything we wanted to do was only 20 to 30 minutes away. We loved that the Riggins had an informational binder with all the rules, maps and things to do. Our family had never been to Colorado before and the Riggins Paradise really made our experience memorable. We were sad that we had to leave and come back to reality, but we would definitely recommend the Riggins Paradise to anyone wanting an amazing experience. We would like to thank the Riggins for allowing us to stay in their cabin.
