Abderrachman is a great host he will do anything he can to make you have the best stay.
The location is superb! Not to far from the main road but inside the old Medina! Breakfast was one of the best ones we had so far on our roundtrip in morocco.
Everything was very clean an hygienic.
The room was a bit noisy, you could hear everything that was going on in the riad and on the tarras. The beds were a bit short but okay for 1 or 2 nights.
We didn't get the key to the front door so we had to message the host if we wanted to go back in. So we had to wait outside until he was back. it didn't take long but a key would be a better option (like in the other riads we stayed at)

Nothing good about this place I will not recommend for any one . They said hotel has parking but is no parking. I was exposed to scammers and thieves . Just spend little be more and get a good hotel .

- location is really central
- good price, big room
- nice roof top
- good staff
- good tour tips
- it is a riad with open space in the center, so, if you really want quietness and privacy, it is probably the wrong place...I didn't care
- no key for the main door, you always have to get in touch with the owner, but it actually was no problem
- location is a bit hard to find

Location and comfortability. The owner is very kind, hospitable and breakfast incredible.
Bed was too hard and noise from the atrium.

Amazing old building, oozing with character. Room was extremely spacious. Our host was most friendly and obliging. Good breakfast. Handy for the Medina, parking was quite near.
The bed was not the most comfortable. The steep and large steps could be challenging for some people.

Abdul is very friendly and helpfull. He drove with us to a parking and helped with luggage. The central place is very peacefull. Great breakfast. Abdul even helped with returning luggage to the car.
Some facilities like the bed and the shower have some minor defects.

The owner was very friendly and gave us very good information of the general area around Fes. He was gracious enough to book an early morning taxi for us on the day of our return. The owner also connected with us on whatsapp and was responsive, whenever we had any questions.
The location of the Riad is close to the main road from where one could walk to the Medina and Tanneries. It was also close to where the tours to chefchaouen starts. The Zilij tiles inside the Riad is quite beautiful, probably one of the best we have seen in a Riad.
Few issues:
1. The toilet and bathroom are not very well ventilated. The bathroom starts stinking very quickly and then the bedroom also starts to stink up after a couple of hours. This is really a big issue especially since the rooms are already quite small.
2. The main ceiling light inside the room is operated by a switch located outside the room. The first night, we didn't know this and the owner had slept already, so we had to try and sleep with the lights on.
3. The Riad does not accept cards, so you need to carry cash with you.

This riad is really well placed, right next to the medina. The room was great as was the breakfast and for a really good price. The host Abderrahmane was really friendly and welcoming. He even looked after me and went to the shop for me when I felt ill. What a legend! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Fes!

This is a very beautiful Riad on the edge of the Medina. Therefore, you can almost reach it by taxi.
The entrance hall and the rooms are simply decorated but beautiful and clean. The rooftop terrace is enjoyable by day and night.
The breakfast is what you get in most of the Riads, I enjoyed it.
Abderrahmane was incredibly helpful and accommodating, picking me up outside of the house upon my arrival at night and giving me tips for sightseeing (quite on point).
It was very much appreciated and made the stay even better.
There are many Riads to choose from. If you are looking for something easy and nice, this is the right place.
Pro tip: If guests are really bad at finding their way to the place (like me), you can provide some photographs of the way as guidance.

the riad it’s an antique beautiful place and you can really experience the everyday-life staying there; it has a terrace when you can enjoy the stunning view and the rooms are nice and clean. breakfast was very very good. a lot of points for the guy who works there because he was really kind and he welcomed us like we were friends; he helped us with a lot of things (giving advices or just having nice conversations), so we really enjoyed his presence there.
it would have been perfect if the Wi-Fi had worked better because the connection was really poor.

Excellent position, the Riad is located at the border of the Medina, near to a main street and taxi station. It's very difficult to oriented in the Medina when shops closed at evening (when is not safe to stay inside) but this position is good to have dinner in the Almandar restaurant (highly reccomended!) or drink something at Cafe Rcif, both very close.
Breakfast at Riad is good and plenties, our room big and well decorated, bathroom clean and working.
Abderrahmane is a fantastic owner, kind and helpful (He woke up very early to help us with a taxi to airport). Unfortunally, due to weather, we couldn't exploited a lot the incredible view from rooftop terrace.
We reccomended to visit Borj Sud and North (by walk or by taxi). View is incredible, especially when sun goes down!
Payment is not possible with card or euro, this was not a problem for us but I wish I had know before booked.

Lovely riad that‘s just on the medina‘s outskirts. The host is very helpful and reachable via WhatsApp at all times. Breakfast was delicious and slightly different each morning. They even cooked us a bissarah (local breakfast bean soup) on request. The roof terrace gives you an incredible view over the whole city - don‘t miss sunset up there!

The price was good value and the Riad itself was nice and seemed very authentic.
The staff was warm
The room was very cold and smelled moldy. Unless your were in bed covered by 3 blankets, it was uncomfortable chilly.
The entrance to our room was next to reception so we felt as if we had no privacy. We could listen to other guests every time they would be at reception so they definitely would have heard us if we hadn’t been whispering the whole time.
The room was in need of a thorough clean because we found spiderwebs next to the bed.
Another bad and particularly inconvenient aspect about the place was the location. It was in a very dark alleyway and we spent a good 20 minutes trying to find it. In our case the staff didn’t offer to guide us even knowing that it is hard to find. On top of that, it was a 30 minute walk away from the heart of the medina.
Lastly, we found it kind of absurd that whenever you had to go out the Riad you had to tell staff how long you would be out for or send them a message with a lot of anticipation so that they could let you in again.

We liked being in a proper Moroccan riad/house. We enjoy the support of Abderrahmane (the receptionist) who was always kind and helpful during our stay.
the all house was a bit too dark and the room quite cold/humid

Very beautiful Riad in good location. Our stay was very nice and loved the place very much. Also the staff was friendly and helped us with everything we needed

Abdulahmane helped us in anything needed there and he really is an added value to the place. Location is the greatest + of this riad as not only it is located in a traditional neighborhood at the Old medina close to the sightseeings, but also very close to a central road and a central square where you feel very safe to hang around anytime.
WiFi in the upper floors could have better signal

The Riad has very good location, is inside the Medina but still very close to the main Riad. It is clean and has this antique feeling so it feels very authentic. The host, Abderrahmane is "the best". He helped us with variois information about restaurants, taxi, telephones and more.

This old authentic Riad gave us an experience of what real Marocco could feel like. Colorful hand-decorated walls and pavments, authentic dinning tables, beautiful interior details and especially a big terrace located high above the rooftops of the old city of Fes.
The staff and especially Abderrahmane - the manager of the Riad - treated us not as guests but as his dear old friends during our stay.
I highly recommend this Riad and the staff. Thanks again guys!
Wifi signal is a bit weak.

Abderrahmane was a very kind and helpful host. He did everything for us to feel welcomed and safe. We arrived at a Sunday when the sim card shop was closed, so he borrowed us one. He also helped us with all practical information we needed and made sure whe are safe when coming back late to the hotel, either acompannying us on the way back, or providing support from the restaurant, having someone to pick us and bringing us back. During the trip one of us got sick by a food intoxication and he was very supportive all the time, helping with bringing food at the room and gotting medicine. In the end, he also advised us in time that Fes Airport only accepts paper boarding passes and helped us printing our's, preventing us to have to pay a penalty.
The hotel is in a good location, easy to access from the main street without getting lost. The accomodations are simple but very well cared, clean, confortable and spatious.
We have nothing to complain about the hotel. About the experience in the city, it was stressful mainly because of the constant harrasment of fake tourist guides and people trying to force us to buy things all the time.
