Location is good for station and shopping.
Located on the edge of the gay area and very noisy throughout the night upto 5am. Need earplugs or to be a heavy sleeper. Lower Access smelt of weed, room was tired and worn out, stains on velour bed frame.
Bathroom flooded due to shower design and no door leaving rotten wood on door frames and damp smell. Room 2

I liked the inside of the suite, however the outside of the suite is not nice. It’s not what I imagined I was abit frightened first entering the building because it’s not like a usual hotel or suite, you have to go through 3 sets of stairs to get there.
Despite this it was beautiful inside and the staff are great it’s just the journey to get there. It is only for the brave.
The location is terrible and very “ghetto”

Loveley cosy room with everything we needed and more great value for money
We really struggled to sleep, didn’t realise a club was next door and noise from taxis beeping for hours on end and men shouting in the street along with the horrible smell of smoke from somewhere not the rooms. I don’t think we could fall asleep til after 6am. Not the hotels fault of course stay was lovely we should have just thought about the location more.

Great place to stay, the bed was one of the best we have slept in.

Very central. Comfortable bed.
A bar directly across the road stayed open until 5:30am and the music was so loud I had 5 hours sleep in 2 days. Whilst you cannot change this, the windows need to be more effective at stopping sound.

I loved the room and it looked amazing and the bed was so comfortable
The outer building was quite run down and the whole building smelt of weed but when I got to the third floor it was like entering a whole new building

The suite was clean, comfortable and well presented. The view of Hurst Street was great. The bed was comfortable. The entrance was secure and this was enhanced by extra security to the floor itself. Location was perfect for the event I was attending.
Unfortunately, the people in the suite next door had an issue which caused water ingress into the suite I was staying in, against the adjoining wall. However, this was dealt with promptly by those guests and the property management. Rather unfortunate, but it has to be said that the management worked hard to resolve the issue before I checked out.

Good place in the city center. Easy to find accomodation, keycodes as well any questions was answered by the landlord within minutes--really perfect communication.
We had suite Number 2.
The room was as shown in the description. Really clean and in good condition. The elevator is a little unusual, it starts when you press a button without soft start or soft break in the floor you want to go. But it was well working. No problems. In the apartment a microwave, full cutlery, cups, glasses, teabags, water cooker...perfect. There is a little fridge as well, good for some drinks. Really sorry it was totally iced, there the staff should better care on.
These apartment is in the middle of Birmingham, 5 min walk to New Street station, 2 min to the markets, many pubs and restaurants very closed. It´s at the begin of Hurst Street, the gay area is just few footsteps away. Hippodrome theatre is opposite.
When you like fresh air at night it is really noisy at night from 10pm to late by about 5am... very crowded the place in front of the building. Earplugs highly recommended.
There is no service while you stay, so you should dry your towels. But it is not a problem.

Covinient place to stay very near the Hippodrome.
The decor needed cleaning and upgrading. The bedding and the room were a monotone shade of grungy brown. There were only two sachets of milk available in the room. The building was noisy.

Chinatown and Shopping
The noises from the hippodrome theatre including girls screaming at 5 a.m in the morning.
The funny noise coming from the toilet when using the wash basin. The wood at the bottom of the bathroom frame is rotten n needs attention. Also the lift was quite scary when it jolts suddenly freighting the first time little bit funny for me.

The mattress was soft and we were surprised to have proper crockery/ glasses
The entrance is not easy to find, it is also on the 3rd floor above a 2 floor massage parlour which seems very questionable. The room was not very clean, there were what appeared to be blood marks on the intercom phone, the back of the bathroom door had a punch hole in it, the bathroom door wouldn’t close securely. there were two small towels provide and no bath mat. the shower easily floods so we had to shower bent back into the water so it didn’t spill out everywhere. There were questionable stains on the chair. When we got into bed, there were a number of long hairs which were very noticeable and in no way ours which made us question whether the room had been satisfactorily cleaned. We stayed on a Monday night (A regular Monday, not a bank holiday) there was a nightclub opposite which played out music unbearably loud until 5.30am!!! There were people shouting and screaming all night, neither my friend or I got any quality sleep until 6am! I’m glad for the 11am check out. You need that to get any rest between the club closing and checking out. As we left a couple next door to us also checked out and also commented on how loud the property was and how very little they too were able to stay. Absolutely diabolical

Perfect location for what I wanted. Easy process to follow to obtain key with no staff contact.
Good set up with microwave and fridge if needed.
Opposite a night club who leave their doors open all night. The noise makes it impossible to sleep, you can literally hear every word of the DJ.
Whilst the pictures are accurate of what this property looked like once, it is now a little run down. Holes in the doors, dirty walls, extremely dirty intercom, dirty tiles, and broken ornaments.

The place was fine but Booking.Com advertised it at £117 for two nights then charged me £145 without an explanation
I tried to resolve it but they asked for proof with a screenshot which I did not have. Why would I take a screenshot

Good shower, kettle, fridge.
The apartment is directly opposite a nightclub that is open until 6am which we weren't aware of, the noise was awful all night meaning no sleep.
The signage outside isn't great, we walked past it twice before we found it.
Bed and pillows not that comfortable.

Location
Cleanliness - latex/rubber something on carpet. Marks(!) in the chair and bathroom could have been cleaner.

It was clean but the bathroom smells like cigarettes
It was advertised as a suite with a separate living room, bedroom and bathroom. Unless the living room was microscopic, it only contained a bedroom and en-suite. The property admitted that their listing was wrong but took no accountability that it was in fact false advertising, which is illegal.

It's very central, the bed was very comfortable
All good

All info was sent in advance to get into the property and all doors had keypads so it made it very easy. In a very busy area of Birmingham (pubs open very late and very noisy in the evenings). The outside and stairwell of the flats were less than attractive but the room itself was clean fairly clean and just big enough for 2 people. Very hot in the room as the top floor so had to open the windows and even on a Thursday night the nightlife noise was very loud.
Could have been cleaner and needs a much comfier bed

It is very close to the train station and the center. The staff are kind.
In the summer it gets very hot, there is no air circulation. Two fans are available, but there is no use as there is no air in the room and it becomes stuffy. I believe that if I could open the window completely it wouldn't be so hot inside.
