Superb

The location was good. We like the breakfast and onsen were very good. Staff very helpful.

The internet was not very good. Constantly disconnecting. If you are doing any heavy use you will be frustrated.

Bathroom was extremel;y small. Actually I would describe it as too small to be comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing

Good room, great location, delicious breakfast.

Location was very nice, mere minutes from the station and right next to the mall. The bed was sizable, the view from the window was nice, toilets were clean, bath area was neat, washing machines were easy to use, breakfast was delicious and the menu changed everyday.

I kept getting new towels hung on my door without asking for them. Not only did I not need them this much, but washing towels after just one use is a waste to me, particularly because my stay was long. My head touched the ceiling of the bathroom while showering, and it did not look very well cleaned. Felt dirty. Also calling every morning at 11 to ask if I wanted room service felt unnecessary. I personally would prefer a system where I could ask for it myself when needed or leave a sign on the door. Wi-Fi was sometimes a bit unstable.

A wonderful stay in the heart of Ebina.

The accommodations were great! I enjoyed my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay!

The pillows in the room could have been more comfortable.

Good, but I probably would not stay here again.

The breakfast was plentiful and good. The hot bath was a nice perk. The laundry facilities were well maintained. The location was near the mall and restaurants.

The room was the smallest I believe I have ever stayed in Japan. The noise from the trains made sleep difficult.

Will definitely stay again!

Breakfast was amazing - wide variety of foods served hot. The spa was very clean and was never crouded

the breakfast is great didnt expect the buffet style, the location is near my training center so i like to be back here again

clean the smoking room to much tar on the wall and the carpet, its hard to breath inside
