About this apartment rental
Enjoy a beautiful view of the courtyard, pool, and ocean from this 4th floor condo. Relax in the living room and enjoy a movie on the condos new Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for a stay of any length and includes a full size washer and dryer, a Keurig coffee maker and a drip coffee pot. There is a king size bed in the primary bedroom bath and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed and the third bedroom, also known as the “Crow’s Nest,” has 2 twin bunk beds. We ask that for safety reasons, no one over 100lbs go on the top bunk. Please note, this is a Silver rated condo, meaning much of the appliances and furniture is original and the condo has not gone under significant renovations in the last 7 years.
All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center. The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the towns many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley’s to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

Spent a week with a bunch of family and friends enjoying the condos and amenities. Loved the food trucks offered and all of the space to gather and spend time together. Definitely will recommend to other family and friends!

Beautiful ocean views. Enjoyed the pool and the beach. Plenty of lawn for kids to run and play. Not far from restaurants or downtown.

This building is in a great location and has a great set up for families. We have stayed here a few times before. But this particular unit is not well kept. The furnishings are old and dirty. The bedding is cheap and dingy. It was just generally very outdated and not very clean.
A major warning. There was barely any hot water. There was enough for only one shower. In a unit that sleeps up to 8 people, this was a real problem. Cold showers were taken every day.
When we arrived at 5pm (for a 4pm check in time), the unit had not been cleaned from the last renter. We had to wait for someone to come from across town, and then wait for her to clean it. Very inconvenient and disappointing.
I would highly recommend this condo community, but would never stay in this unit again. It was not well taken care of.

We've enjoyed Colony Reef Club for our last few visits to St. Augustine. Normally no complaints, but this time the unit next to ours was under construction and there was pounding from 8am past 6pm. If I had known, I wouldn't have booked the condo we did. Also, lots of smokers in this non-smoking facility. We didn't us the balcony much this time, as people were smoking below us and around us. Also, our grill was dirty so we didn't BBQ. Other than that, this is our go to place.

Very clean place, comfortable for 9 people, waking up with the beautiful sunrise looking over the balcony is priceless. The only thing is that was the check out cleaning lady was there waiting by door at 9:45 which we were leaving anyway , we just brought a lot of things with us, we ended up leaving 10:14 and we just felt rushed getting out (not a pleasant experience). I will rent the place again if there is another opportunity it’s a great place

Property is a little dated but still great. Family friendly location with direct access to beach and huge pool. Both are very short walk from rooms. Grocery store is 1.5 miles up the road. Would def stay here again. No complaints at all.

Keurig stopped working and instead of fixing, we were offered a regular coffee maker. Were only given 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, went out and bought ourselves before we knew we had to ask for more. Were only given a couple trash bags and when we asked for more were only given 2 even though we knew we’d need more and had to go back again when we ran out. Not much hot water and would start to run out when the first person was getting a shower. Dishwasher smelt like something was burning when we ran it for the first time and when we reported it, were told it was brand new and no one came to look at it. Overall it was a great location and resort and amenities were perfect. But the maintenance requests and service were handled poorly.

This was our second stay at Colony Reef. We enjoy Saint Augustine with all its history and activities. Colony Reef is a great place. There are great views of the ocean and the pool area especially if one is on the third or fourth floor. The construction of the facility with its three buildings provides everyone a great view. The facility is very clean and well taken care of. We would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

The location of this property was perfection! Beatiful grounds, pool, and easy walk to the beach with a great view of all from the condo. The condo itself was slightly dated, but we knew that from pictures and our concern was location and view. Great communication with staff as we had to delay our trip due to hurrican Ian.

Absolutely loved staying here! Great location. Perfect for our large family getaway. Loved the security of the locked gates to the premises and to beach access. It had everything we needed. We could have easily stayed a few more days and will definitely choose this condo again!

Love the grounds, everything is very neat and clean. Needed tub fixed and the office was right on it! Our unit could use some help though. Most of the furnishings are fine but original wallpaper is still up and decorations are tacky. A good coat of paint and carpet cleaning would do wonders. A high rise toilet would be nice. Kitchen appliances are good, cosmetics mostly needed

The unit is a bit dated, the furniture is old and the drawers in the dressers stuck. The bathroom lighting is pretty terrible and the lights in both showers were out. The kitchen is tiny, really only person can fit at a time , and the silverware drawer was broken. We’ve stayed at this resort before in another unit and it seemed bigger. We were tripping over each all week If we come again, we’ll definitely stay in a different unit. It seems a bit overpriced for what you get.

Complex was nice, clean, great access to the beach, very nice pool area. The unit itself needs some work. We knew going into it that the unit had not had upgrades in awhile but the problems not with out dated decor. There are maintenance issues that need to be addressed. There is NO water pressure, the dishwasher sounds like a jackhammer, the oven and the stove top does not work properly, the blinds are way too difficult to work- and almost do not, the screen on the patio wouldn’t slide. Even the glass on the front storm door fell out. It hit my daughter in the back. She wasn’t hurt, thankfully. And because it hit her and not straight to the floor, it didn’t shatter. I will say that when I called the front office, they were very friendly and arranged for maintenance to fix it. Another little issue was that we only had 6 towels. The condo advertises “sleeps nine” and we had 7. But they only provided 6 bath towels. I had to go to Walmart and buy extra towels for the week. The condo was fairly clean but the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen could use a wipe down- some pretty big build up of crumbs, etc. it happens- just needs to be cleaned. The decor maybe a little dated but that was no biggie. Still comfy. They just need to do a little maintenance and maybe have the dishwasher and range checked out or replaced, check on the other maintenance issues, stock more towels and see what the issue is with the water pressure (I think the faucet needs some work because the tub faucet still has water coming out when the shower is on- but we pulled the shower valve as much as it would go but it was stuck). Will give them two thumbs up for how well stocked the kitchen was with cooking necessities.

We were advised going in that this unit was not updated so didn't expect new everything. What we didn't expect was broken bedroom furniture, awful beds. The unit was clean and location and facilities were good. If bedroom furniture was updated and new beds installed this unit would be acceptable. I cannot recommend this unit in it's current condition

Although we stayed at Colony Reef before, we were less than impressed with 2410. The condo was outdated, the fan on the porch extremely rusted as well as the bbq which we refused to use, and the wifi was terrible. I'm not sure I would risk another stay.
