Excellent price and perfect location for what I needed. Clean linens. Helpful staff.
Window wouldn't close as it was broken. Curtain not hung well so wouldn't close properly, letting light in all night. Shower holder was broken so had to physically hold the shower head to use which meant hair washing was very difficult. Light switch in loo was difficult to find (had to get staff). No towel rail or place to hang towels. No plugs near bed. No pat testing of appliances visible and bare wires showing from some plugs.

Helpful friendly staff, location was ideal for us and cost very reasonable.

The staff were lovely. The room was great. I even got an en-suite which I really appreciated given some of the people at the hotel. I had breakfast on one day and it was very quick and speedy service. The staff were lovely. The stairs were a bit of a problem for me due to my back problems but this was only with my suitcase. Its right next to the Bus, but that Bus didn't follow the schedule and basically turned up when it wanted too. Not the hotel's fault, but as someone who needed to get to places quickly this let the stay down a bit.
The room wasn't cleaned until check out, which i don't mind, except a new rubbish bag would have been nice. There were a few shady characters who were staying in the hotel. Not the hotel's fault but it meant the place would smell of ... not so nice smells at night sometimes. Again, I would like to STRESS the staff were lovely. They even phoned me when I left two cheap necklaces in the room to see if i wanted them back. The staff were 10/10 and honestly, i could have asked about the bag myself, I just was mostly at a conference.

We took our dog and he was welcomed by staff. It is a safe environment for him too.

The staff made a stay so comfortable and welcoming, they are amazing, Notting was to much bother to them I’ve stayed in hotels before but never met staff as pleasant helpful land welcoming as the staff in Boundary hotel, Thankyou so much guys x
Could definitely have been cleaner, the beds where clean and towels clean but the rest of my room was very badly kept, found dirt and bits of other peoples stays under my bed and behind the tea making stand,

Staff was friendly and helpful, car park is a big plus and the location is beyond convenient for anything you may be looking for.

It was fine. It was my second tour.
Overall, there is nothing more negative than my expectations.
As compared to my past experience.
I lived almost at the same price at Z Hotel London.
Room and bathroom facilities were much more than this room in London.
Leeds hotels are extra expensive without any justification.
Wash basin needed to be changed. Its bowel was broken.

Affordable
Appearance of the hotel, can be better with the painting and surrounding....

The location is great, next to all amenities Headingley offers and with a bus stop on the doorstep, bus 56 takes you to Leeds city centre in 10-15 min. Perfect for gigs at First Direct Arena like the one I attended as buses run until 22.30 that day.
Monica at reception was correct upon my arrival and when I checked out. I can't say much more as she didn't asked me how was my stay with them, but she did indicate a phone number to call overnight should I have any problems.
I had a basement room and it was boiling hot, even if we had temperatures of 5 degrees outside. The size was good for a single person, according to the price paid, but their cleaning standards where too far from mine. Both room and bathroom felt like they need a deep cleaning as you can see dirt accumulated in many places, not only from the last guest.
Choice of two pillows and both pretty good, but the mattress was incredible uncomfortable with springs hitting your body every time you tried to move. As it was so hot, I ended up sleeping on top of the duvet, which made the experience a bit bearable.
I have to comment on the fact that, if you're a light sleeper or have good hearing, the walls are very thin (at least in the basement) so this is not the hotel for you. This is more an advice to the management, but if possible it would be great that you set up solo travelers together in the same area and couples on a different one, as I know many solo travelers frequently use this hotel. It wasn't a pleasant experience for me to hear the room next to me all afternoon, and all night until late hours, and all morning from 7am. Even with earplugs I could hear everything as if I was in the same room as them, which it's not the hotel's fault, but it can be easily prevented by the way they assign rooms.
It wasn't my first time in this hotel as I spent a long period there 10 years ago, and part of the reason I chose you was revisiting it as I had great memories. I am very disappointed to see how outdated it is now, and I won't be staying here unless I can see they make huge improvements.

cheap and cheerful, great location
room was dirty and dated, but for the price you don’t expect luxury, served a purpose

Very clean and tidy with very friendly and helpful staff . Facilities although basic were ideal for my stay . Location was perfect as well , on bus routes or a short walk into the city centre .
The only thing I can fault was the TV in the room didn't work. That said I only had one occasion when I wanted to watch it . I wasn't there to watch TV.

The hotel was good
The small guy at the reception was creepy and rude.

The place was clean and tidy the manageress was very helpful, the breakfasts was cooked well and plenty of food, I have been numerous times, towels, TV, iron, fan, heater, hot drink in room all provided,
The place is run down, but I am only sleeping there so didn't bother me

location
come on! this is 2022! a simple bit of TLC on the decor, and some rudimentary work certainly wouldn’t go amiss. the room was that small that even the rats we hunch backed.
I ‘loved’ the fact that the curtains were 3” too short so I daylight shone in my face and woke me, and my ‘neighbours’ could see me awaken with my duvet on the floor and me boll@ck naked in the am…
3.3
perfect location for where I was working in the area
some chips in the paintwork on the walls and a small crack below the door but nothing a little maintenance wouldn’t solve.

Small but good shower. Everything was very clean and tidy. Great full English breakfast. Comfortable matress and nice warm duvets. I loved the kettle and teabags in the room!
The pillows were a little bit stiff, luckily one of two pillows was a little bit softer and easier to fit comfortably under my neck. But I am difficult with pillows. :D

Lactation of the hotel was idea not to far from the city Centre.
Upon arrival, we approached the desk and asked if we could check in. We had arrived early and thought we would ask if our room would be available. If it wasn’t there wouldn’t of been a problem as we knew we were early. However we were met by a rude man on the reciptuon who started laughing when we asked if it would be ok to check in. Once he had finished laughing the stated ‘this is a hotel you know’
We are fully aware that it is a hotel that’s why we booked it. There was no need to be rude about it. After his Obnoxious comments he then learnt when he looked we could check in as our room was ready.
Once we checked in we went to our room. We were met with stained walls, filthy floors and bathroom and what looked like biscuit crumbs all over the place. The shower was black with mould and the dust was at least an inch thick.
I know this is a lower budget hotel but you would expect some sort of Cleanliness about the place.
I would not recommend or stay again.

Great value for money in the great city of Leeds.

I found the staff friendly, there was a bar, the room was clean, TV and towels where provided, the food was excellent and tasty I had the breakfast for £5 more than enough food, there was refreshments provided, coffee tea drinking chocolate, a iron and a fan was also provided,
The place was run down cheap and cheerful, but clean and tidy,
