Friendly staff. Great location.

Excellent location, really close to the centre of town and the basilica. The scent from the wisteria and orange blossom trees was amazing in the small lane.
Check in was very smooth and being able to park outside was very helpful.
Breakfast on the terrace was lovely.
The room was a good size and the shower was large and modern.

The hotel is situated in walking distance to the city center in the historic area of the town. It is very close to the remains of the church of Saint John, the castle and other points of interest. A good breakfast is served on the roof terrace with a gorgeous view.

Stunning location(St John's Basilica and castle) and central to bus Station and restaurants.
Very unwelcoming reception from young man on front desk (not so much about not speaking English but no info given, no greeting given or any smile).
Rooms were very bland and out dated, also without linen upon arrival There was no welcome drink or mini bar as indicated. Also, very unusual not have any tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
Breakfast was poor and very limited.
It was noisy within the hotel at night.

Very cozy hotel. The room is comfortable and new. There was everything needed in the room: towels, toiletries, AC, TV. Beds are comfortable. The staff is very nice and friendly.

We had great time in Selçuk, and our stay in Selena Hotel was very pleasant. Fahri abi was very helpful, and happy to answer all of our questions about historical sites. :)

The location is great! it is near from the bus station, taxi station, restaurants and stores. From the bus station you take transportation for the attractions! The castle is near. The breakfast is good and the staff friendly and helpful! A plus was the internet, it was good!

terrable front desk- Do not think about any help or even say”hi” during that “no-mannered” young man works

Centrally located as mentioned. Easy access to many areas.
We expected complimentary bottled drinking water along with tea/coffee as its provided in hotels of the equivalent range.
Everytime you need to enter the hotel, a person from inside needs to open it for you. Although it didn't take much time for us, it could be bothersome.

Hmmmm... nothing
There isn't much good to say about this basically run down place. From the moment we arrived everything was bad. There was no water in the room and the manager rudely told us to go buy some ! Probably the only hotel I have ever seen that didn't offer water. Then we moved the bed over a bit and it was a pile of dust and dirt which took us about 20 mins to clean since there is no real cleaning service here it's just 1 old guy running it at night. The light didn't work so we only had the bathroom light which made a sound from the vent which is needed since it has no window. Also the bed sheets felt so old they itched from being so old and tough. The breakfast was stale bread, no coffee, nothing fresh, no fruit, just packaged jam, very old cheeses and some supposedly home baked cookies with no flavor. The location was ok but the whole city is small so its all close. The room also always smelled like smoke since they smoke right outside and it enters the hallway and through the windows. I wouldn't recommend in any way, especially considering how great most places usually are in Turkey but this one lacks heart and maintenance.

Excellent location and staff members attention
, they were very kindly and warm people, they helped us a lot with information, tips and suggestions over Selcuk and Ephesus. The hotel is near bus terminal and St. Jhon catedral.
Our room had a very strong and bad smell in the bathroom.

Location
Well this place is not that it was bad, it is that we thought it would be something else. To begin with, the owner of the hotel does not speak much English although he always greeted us with a smile. The cleanliness in the bathroom left a lot to be desired and the little toilet paper made us a bit desperate. There is no telephone in the room so if you have any questions you have to go down to the reception. Breakfast was always boiled egg and we had to buy coffee because we never saw there. They helped us find a laboratory to test us for COVID but we felt that we paid mora money than than was supposed as well as the taxi they got us to see the attractions of the city.
