Rooms were quite basic but the service quite good, especially Adnan.
Excellent breakfast and recommendations.
You stay in the old part of the city, which is great but you can hear the neighbors's dog and roster during the night! The windows are not soundproof at all. This being said, the personnel was kind enough to talk to the immediate neighbour. It helped a bit.

Central location, great accommodation.

Location was good
Food was simple, but it wasn't expensive

I loved this Hotel, the host is so nice and so enthusiastic, the room was just perfect.
The staff are helpful and very kind.
I highly recommend this hotel or livia gardens (same owner) you will feel like home
If I return in Selçuk, no doubt in the same hotel.

We were upgraded to the Livia Garden hotel. Wonderful lodge. Beautiful garden. Room is comfortable and quiet. Host is accommodating and very helpful. Sumptuous breakfast. Good place to stay for a visit to Ephesus.

During check in we were moved to Livia Garden Hotel, so this review is more about that one.
The hotel is very modern, with gorgeous garden. They even grow their own tangerines, which they offered multiple times and were excellent. The pool was also looking tempting, but we didn't try.
The room was great, modern, the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was also good, nice big shower.
The staff was amazingly welcoming, very kind and helpful.
Wifi is fast and reliable.
Breakfast packet for early check out was provided, which was actually very useful.
Maybe only one thing, which I didn't like looking back, was the breakfast. It's served for you, so you don't pick what you want. The options were decent (fruit, vegetable, cheeses), but a lot of really dry stuff. They thankfully also do omelettes which were very tasty. I would prefer buffet style with more options when you can pick what you want.

Selçuk is an amazing city and the hotel is idilic. Erdem and all the staff have the best energy, always smiling and making all efforts to give us the best time. Breakfast is amazing! And the shower is one of the best I have ever seen in a hotel, that tends to be the issue on the list but not here!

first of all we love the staff! the manager is incredibly nice and warm. he went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and well received.
we received a free upgrade that was more than welcome, as well.
the garden with the pool is so well kept! breakfast is delicious and we had dinner by the pool and everything was great.
quality / price ratio is very good.

The location is within walking distance from the bus station (Selcuk Otogari) and there are nice restaurants around this place. Breakfast is served with eggs and bread, with jams and cheese.
There are three Livia Hotels in near proximity so it might get a bit confusing which one you should go. If you are staying in Livia Hotel Ephesus, breakfast is in the other hotel (Livia Garden Hotel, ~5min walk away).

Everything about this hotel is spot on! The location among the old streets of Selcuk is relaxed and quiet, and it is easy to walk to the ruins of Artemis Temple, the Ephesus museum and the Isa Bey mosque, as well as lots of restaurants and cafes. Only a few minutes drive to the ruins at Ephesus, and also the old village of Sirince.
The staff were lovely and friendly and our room was large, fresh and clean, including the added bonus of a stork's nest just outside our terrace! A delicious breakfast is served in the courtyard garden, where there is also a swimming pool (which we didn't try, but looked good!).
4.8
The hospitality at this place is next to none. The host went above and beyond to welcome us and assist with anything we needed.
Highly recommend

The staff, room size and pillows excellant, shower and food selection many options and location.
Bed a bit too firm, bathroom smells a bit musty but you get use to it by keeping upper window open.

I had a wonderful stay at Livia. The host Erdem and the service were brilliant. They genuinely made you feel you are a very welcomed friend and go above and beyond to make you a fantastic stay. Upon check in, Erdem helped make a travel plan that saved me tons of time and energy to visit all the highlights at Ephesus during the short time. All hotel staffs that I had interactions with were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and served by the pool. When checking out, they also provided me refreshment that recharged me before heading to airport. Highly recommend this hotel to all travel to Ephesus! Erdem and his team is the best!

We were upgraded to Livia Gardens so this review is for that property. Erdem is an amazing host. The property is beautifully designed. Our room was beautifully decorated and clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was generous and delicious. We had dinner in the courtyard one day and it was nice. This is a great location for visiting the sights in Selcuk and riding the dolmus to Ephesus. Dinner at Agora was delicious too. Highly recommend

The staff were so very friendly and helpful; nothing was too much trouble for them. Staff were always on hand, day and night.
No bathtubs, only showers (and I'm a 'bath' person), but otherwise, everything was perfect.

Good breakfast apart from the coffee.
We were switched to the other hotel. Although the hotel we stayed in was clean and had a comfortable bed and good breakfast the bathroom was tiny and not what the pictures indicated. Only Nescafé for coffee.

Beautiful and cute hotel! Super comfortable bed and amazing breakfast. Staff are really friendly, Erdem is super kind and helpful, he helped us plan our day trip to see all the amazing spots in Selcuk. Love this place!

Livia Garden Hotel is definitely a hotel i would stay at again. The rooms are nice and clean, the garden was beautiful, and the pool was a nice bonus. The breakfast was of a nice variety and very plentiful. I had dinner two times and they both had nice flavor. The staff were all very nice and pleasant. A special standout if Erdem (hope I spelled that right) who is quite simply one of the loveliest most charming person I have met. He greeted me when I arrived late at night and gave me all kinds of good suggestions of what to do, arranged a nice tour for me, transportation, answered all my questions, and even took time to help me shop for sunglasses when I left mine in a taxi. Very nice experience. Highly recommended. Also the location is great. It is close to everything and also easy access to the bus station. I also enjoyed the rainhead shower with good water pressure and plentiful hot water

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Selcuk! The accommodations were fantastic, and the food was the best we've had in Turkey. This is our second trip to Turkey, and our favorite stay by far. Ardon was the BEST! So hospitable, kind, and helped with all of our arrangements. We spent time with the owners as well who were very kind and always checking in with how our stay was. All staff treated us as family. Cannot recommend Livia Hotel Ephesus enough!
nothing - everything was wonderful!

We come to Selcuk for the second time, and for the second time we are impressed. Wonderful place, wonderful hotel, wonderful attitude and kind and willing to help in everything staff. We are very pleasantly surprised that behind the hotel gate there can be such a Paradise. The place is close to the historical landmarks of Selcuk - the Basilica of St. John, Selcuk Fortress, the Mosque, 8 km. from Shirinje. The breakfast was amazing, great home-made jams, fruit and simit, made us delicious espresso coffee (we had not drunk espresso for two days and we needed such coffee) and finally treated us to a nice Turkish coffee. The amount of breakfast was too large. We couldn't eat everything, but we wished we could eat it. It was sweet and pleasant. Our room was nice, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Our trip was on a motorcycle and the worries we had were unfounded because the staff did everything necessary to put the motorcycle indoors for the evening.
The only bad thing is that we did not have time to enjoy dinner at the hotel and the pool. I hope to see you again, visit the hotel and enjoy dinner by the pool. The place is quiet and pleasant to relax.
Thank you LIVIA HOTEL!!!10+
