Hotel Consigliatissimo

Staff molto cordiale, stanza grande in stile vintage ma azzeccata, bagno nuovo, piscina bella e a temperatura ottimale, colazione molto buona, facilità di parcheggio, location particolare e piena di pezzi di storia.

Good stay and perfect for our needs.

Easy location to get around town and to Ephesus. The grounds were pretty and the beds and pillows very comfortable. The breakfast was varied and plentiful which was a great way to start the day!

The hotel is a bit dated.

Selcuk Oasis

Within a five minute walk from the centre of Selcuk you will find this little oasis. It really was a treat to stay here, everything from the wonderful garden to the exceptional staff. Breakfast was super and our dinner on our first evening was superb.

Incredible food,

Hotel Kalehan blew us away- the food in their restaurant was some of the best we had in all of Turkey, after multiple high end places in Istanbul. The grounds were gorgeous with tons of flowers everywhere, and a lovely pool. We loved the staff and had a lovely stay. Highly recommend for anyone in the area!

A comfortable stay at a historic property. Very quiet but centrally located. 10 minute walk to the center of Selcuk.

It was very peaceful with a beautiful rose garden and a resident turtle family. Lovely hosts. She very kindly drove us to Ephesus and also arranged our early ride back to the airport.

A lovely hotel to explore Ephusus from.

The hotel is charming with lots of family history. Do not be put off by the location near the main road as the rooms are in a lovely rear garden courtyard. The staff were great and breakfast - excellent local jams and honey- very good and a easy short walk to the centre.

Charming hotel

Very charming hotel with nice rooms in an older setting but with all modern comfort. Breakfast was traditional but very good. Staff was super friendly.

Homely hotel surroundings

Very nice environment but hotel needs maintenance and upgrade. Loved the antiques furniture, very homely and cosy. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Loved the dining area with woodfire place. Breakfast is OK. Location is close by to visit all the sightseeing - Sirince Village, Ephesus archaeological sites. The hotel is ready for temporary closing to do maintenance work. Should be good after the makeover.

Excellent value, comfortable, atmospheric.

Excellent value. Old and atmospheric but with adequate modern touches (e.g. decent bathroom, aircon and a fridge). Friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant walled garden with a pool. Good breakfast, restaurant in evening, we didn't eat there (wish we had as we chose poorly in the town) and bar has wine.

Nothing at this price level this was all you could reasonably expect.

Unexpectedly excellent; genuine and homely.

We booked this hotel for it's easy and central location, proximity to Ephesus, and because it looked "original" at a very competitive price. We were very pleasantly surprised by absolutely excellent, personal service, many small touches, an unexpected room upgrade, good advice, swift and tasty dinner, and the fact that the staff specifically laid on breakfast for us long before the normal time because we needed to leave very early.

My only regret is that our stay was so brief. We would have loved to spend longer at the hotel, chat more with the staff, and enjoy facilities like the pool.

Great location and ambience - a very relaxing place to stay

The hotel is charming - an eclectic mix of antiques and collections of pieces acquired by the owner's family. It has a lively garden and pool and is very well maintained. Breakfasts were excellent and evening meals very good.

The evening menu was very good quality and dishes were freshly prepared but there was quite a small range of dishes. Perhaps a little more variation?

Very enjoyable stay with amazing castle view

At first we were worried as the property is right on a main road, but then you go inside and see the pool and beautiful garden and it’s quite peaceful. Beautiful room with lots of space, great food and breakfast and helpful staff.

The double bed was a bit small (not queen size)
