Superbe séjour, dommage qu'il était court. J'y reviendrais pour une période plus longue

L'hôtel est à 50 m de la plage. La baie est superbe à marée basse. De la terrasse, il y a une une très belle vue de la mer. Le soir on peut voir depuis cette terrasse un magnifique coucher de soleil. Le personnel est cordial. A 200 mètres de l'hôtel, il y a tout un ensemble de shops qui vendent des huitres fraîches à un prix très raisonnable.

Hôtel bien situé à côté de la plage et des bateaux de pêche. Le personnel est vraiment très bien. Serviables et sympathiques. La chambre est très agréable, propre avec un petit balcon. Le restaurant est très bien aussi.

Overall, it is great!

The location that is near to the beach and lagoon.

The electric fan in room #5 did not swing properly. The direction is going to the wall instead of the entire bed.

A charming hotel near the fishermen on the beach.

Charming hotel, friendly staff, near the oyster vendors and beach.

Room was nice but a bit small for the price paid.

Exceptional

Excellent family run hotel next to the beach. Nice bedrooms with a beautiful view of the beach or lagoon. Staff very helpful, ensuring we were comfortable. Guarded parking outside the hotel. Restaurant very good, fish tagine(order 1 hour before!) particularly good. Very accommodating to children. Nice beds.

Excellent stay, the staff was perfect and poly They show all respect to make the client comfortable. Mr KARIM WAS AN VERY GOOD MAN HE HELP US AT OUR ARRIVAL With LUGGAGES.the breakfest was copieux and rich! We are happy with our stay at L’INITIALE.

Situated in the centre of Oualidia with views of the sea and Lagoon, L'Initiale is perfectly placed to explore the small village of Oualidia. L'Initiale has a well deserved reputation for its excellent fish restaurant. I particularly like the large wraparound terrace. The staff are attentive and eager to please. They arranged for a fishing trip on the Lagoon with no problems.

The rooms are on the small side, but perfectly adequate.

Sweet place with ocean views

Staff very friendly, parking right outside with guard, good food, great location, super clean, overall a great place to stay. They even went the extra mile when we had an early departure and had breakfast ready for us! So thoughtful.

No ac but they do provide a fan in the room

Great value, newly renovated rooms with good shower pressure, great breakfast included. The staff is great, location is great. Parking right in front of the property.

Great value superb location.

Great restaurant area with nice breakfast. Location is superb and was within walking distance to the lagoon and beach. Management and staff were very polite, courteous and professional.

No negative points at all. A passing mention only but not a negative point: Had to move to another of their apartments due to work in the main hotel building. So not as initially booked but management were highly professional in handling the issue and the alternative was more than sufficient.
