This was the most spectacular stay during our extensive trip through Morocco. So beautiful, so many nice details, the delicious breakfast, the homemade sweets, a great place. Special thanks to Mourad who made our stay unique and helped us with everything. Thanks again.
Keep it like this, everything was perfect.

Absolutely everything, the ancient Riad is magical, the location in the heart of the old Médina is stunning, the bedroom was perfect and the staff went for the extra mile from Amina (the owner) to Ahmed and Khalid they have been so helpful, kind and welcoming that we felt like at home!
All was absolutely perfect!!!

Location is good(right in the middle of the medina), food was good (like in home kitchen), and the guy who is responsible at the hotel Ahmed is our New friend in Fez, who is a nicest guy in Morocco

Nice Riad design.
staff were not very helpful and ripped us off on the price of a 2nd person (for a triple room) - the booking.com extra charge was £4. they demanded an extra £100 cash.
breakfast was limited - just bread and jam.
no relaxing seating on the roof.
rooms were very dark.

it is a quaint and apparently authentic riad, our room was narrow but pleasant, L-shaped with an additional lounge area.
as is so often the case, the acoustics of a Riad mean that no one has any secrets! you can hear the other guests and all the prep work in the kitchen and dining area.

Very well located and peaceful. Mohamed is very helpful to organise our tours and give us information. Nice food also.
4.5
The Riad was amazing, Mohamed was so kind and always available. The room was really clean and comfortable. The food was delicious as well. Not far from main attractions.
Maybe the noise coming from outside, but not a big deal really.

The Riad is tastefully renovated - keeping in mind its 17th century history. The rooms are spacious and the facilities were adequate.
Mohammed was excellent - always available and checking in to see if we needed any help. The ladies, Nafisa and Youefa were good too. they accommodated the special meals for our 3 year old son.
Location - its right in the heart of the Medina, however its a bit of a walk from the gates.
Meals - On our first night we had an amazing array of salads, followed by Tagine and flan for desert. However, the next night we had Tagine and some accompaniments followed by fruits and the last night we had only the Tagine - we had to ask for extra food! We did raise it up with Mohammed but unfortunately we didn't receive a satisfactory response.
The breakfast was 1 croissant, crepe and 1 cupcake which wasn't fresh at all, looked from a microwave - with a kitchen in the property we expected fresh breakfast.

Amazing experience!
Beautiful, clean Riad in the center of Medina. Amina and Mohammed helped us with everything - they met us with delicious tea and homemade cookies, booked a taxi, private excursion, restaurant for us. Mohammed walked us to the restaurant and to the taxi to make sure, we are not lost in Medina.
You shouldn't worry to get lost though, everyone on Medina knows Riad Rasia and can help to find it.
If I am in Fes again, I would definitely stay in Riad Rasia. 10 out of 10!

Beautiful, very clean riad, close to the main attractions in the city. Very big, comfortable rooms with spacious bathroom. There is really quiet there, do you can rest after visiting the Medina. Staff was very helpful and always ready to help. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience! Riad Rasia is very beautiful and located close to Bab Guissa, one of the gates of the medina. Upon our arrival we were welcomed with mint tea and delicious homemade cookies. The room was big and comfortable and the breakfast was very good as well. Special thanks to the very kind and funny Mohamed, who made our stay special: every time we got back to the riad, we had a lot of fun talking with him before going to our room. He organised two day trips for us, made sure breakfast was served slightly earlier on a day when we had to get up early and even accompanied us to a pharmacy when my boyfriend was not feeling well. Thank you so much Mohamed, we really hope to meet you again!
Only slight downside is that the room is a bit dark, otherwise a perfect stay!

Everything is perfect for the price. It's a little hard to find, but it's like everywhere else in Old Town. The breakfast is good, quiet and the owner is very friendly.
I especially liked the classic Moroccan style. I will definitely visit again.

Wonderful friendly and supportive service from Abdi. He was incredibly eager to improve my stay.

Cuddly, hospitable and helpful.
For Chinese, Japanese and Korean: try the Chinese restaurant just in front of the blue gate. The food is just so so, but the owner will give you a lots of information.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful, they make you feel at home away from home.
Apart from that the breakfast was delicious :)

Very welcoming and cosy. Amina makes you feel part of the family and goes the extra mile to ensure the best service and experience. Rashida's cooking fuels your travels around magnificent Fes. We couldn't recommend more!

we arrived at 5am in the morning with the nightbus from Merzouga. Amina not only made a early check in at that time possible but also send us someone to show us the way to the Riad. Youssef was very helpful and welcoming and the breakfast was awesome!!!
4.5
Very welcoming host and staff.
The riad is well taken care of with everything you need, lovely and comfortable room.
Moroccan breakfast which is very rich (bread, msmen, confiture, honey, butter, orange juice, cake).
At arrival, I recommend waiting for Yusef to come pick you up from the medina gate or taxi stop, cause on the way there might be kids harassing you. There are ongoing works (constructions) in the area.
Shukran!

I made the last minute decision to visit Fes for one night. I arrived after dark and the staff and owner were incredibly helpful and kind making my arrival seemless and welcoming. The riad was incredibly clean and comfortable and I couldn’t help but wish I had budgeted more time for my visit.
An expected reality of a traditional riad is that the only thing between you and the center room are wood shutters, which means noise does travel.

Great place with wonderful team, Especially Amina the owner and Ahmed the manager!! They helped us with all our requests with pleasure. Very good location in the middle of the old city. Big rooms, very clean and we had a great time.
