מלון בוטיק נחמד קרוב להכל במיקום שקט.

Very clean, well furnished hotel and rooms. Thoughtful amenities.
The value for the breakfast was too high. Very scarce gluten free options for people with celiac. You'll be eating fruit and hard boiled eggs. Had to ask for salt and pepper shakers every morning, as there were none readily available for the eggs. Asked for a glass of milk and that's not included either.

It was very cozy and clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating for my birthday weekend. They left me a small bottle of champagne for my birthday and also let us borrow an umbrella for the rain. I'd definitely stay again. Thanks for making my first trip to New Orleans nice and easy.
No refrigerator. No microwave. No cold beverage for a hot day. One microwave in the lobby would have been convenient for ppl staying longer than a day or two

I loved the cute charm that the hotel had, and the staff was fantastic and friendly.
The only two problems were. ONE the shades in the room did not close flush the bricks because the bed was to close to the wall the shad had no where to go creating a gap letting in the early morning light, while we were trying to sleep-in in the morning. TWO, the breakfast was boiled, eggs, fruit and bread, and no meat, and a lot of people don't eat boiled eggs. And the bread was just regular. I expected a little more for the breakfast. Like specialty muffins and sasuage with a choice of eggs or an egg fritatia. Other than these two things, I would give the hotel a 10 out of 10 would stay here again even with these 2 issues.

Super emplacement et hotel confortable et joli
Le ménage de ma chambre n'a pas été fait malgré 2 relances.

The comfort, location, bed and bed linen
The breakfast - iced boiled eggs with the shell as the only protein source. Why not more options, like scrambled eggs, sausages, meat, natural yogurt (not the ultraprocessed served ones), cheeses, bacon? We had breakfast only in the first day (we stayed 7 days). The other days, we preferred having breakfast anywhere else.
The bathroom door - it doesn’t close properly, so it’s nothing private.

Boutique hotel, great, spacious rooms in an excellent location.
Some staff not very friendly or welcoming. Breakfast was just okay. Limited choice and staff were slow to re stock. This is a new offering for the hotel so could be just teething issues.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is great, just outside the French Quarter and right by the Riverwalk.
The one slight minus was our room was facing train tracks and trains go by, blaring whistles very loudly, several times a night. The windows lack enough soundproofing for this. This can't be helped by the hotel or its staff, but it's something to consider.
4.5
The rustic feel of the hotel, the sliding bathroom door, the old wooden posts and general feel of the rooms.... everything was great!
Needs both an actual refrigerator (not just a cold drawer) and a microwave in the room.

Perfect Location, close enough to the center of Mardi Gras weekend but far enough to escape when needed. Very modern and comfortable rooms.

Lovely boutique hotel. Great staff. Well situated.
Couldn't log onto the wifi with my samsung phone or pad but the reception staff managed a workaround.

I liked the location and the fixtures of the hotel a lot, as well, the staff was wonderfully accommodating with any questions or guidance during our stay.
A couple of misleading things, one being the gym and the other being the rooftop. The gym is across the street in the canal place mall and it’s very outdated, not a great facility that’s not even attached to the hotel. As well, the rooftop was more so like a balcony with no character to it. Finally, when we checked in to our room, there were a previous guest’s pile of clothes left in the dresser (which they were able to remove from the room upon notice). I would say for the price of the hotel, I would expect slightly nicer facilities as well as thorough cleaning, and I at least would’ve expected a discounted night or even a bar credit for the clothing mishap as I can only assume the rest of the room wasn’t cleaned in detail. Yet, like I said in my positive review, the staff was helpful overall and the best part about my stay.

The location, the staff and the room. The bar was a welcome addition too.
Nothing nit to like

The location was great! So close to everything we wanted to do.
We needed it to be a little cooler in the room. The mini split worked fine, but a fan would've been great.

Intimate setting, quiet and location. Bar had nice selection as well as cultivated food selections.
My only complaint- there is a night train so as a light sleeper it woke me up every night. My room just happened to be on that side of the building.

It is a nice, intimate hotel in a historic sugar mill. We thought it was a good value for the money. It was clean, quiet (with exceptions), elegant, hotel experience. The room was large and sparsely, but adequately furnished, with lots of exposed structural steel beams, which (as an engineer) I found unusual and interesting. Same beam structure as the Eiffel Tower. The staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again, with certain reservations. See "What didn't you like." As for the exceptions to "quiet", you are right down by the river, so expect boat horns and the occasional noisy train, but we were happy not to have the street noise of "The Quarter."
The common space of the hotel was freezing!! Maybe this is a Southern hot, humid climate thing. The problem was that our room was also pretty cold and the temperature was not really controllable. At the beginning of our 3 night stay, we set the thermostat up from 73 degrees to 75 degrees and later to 78 degrees and the temperature hardly budged. What did happen was the fan would come on frequently and blow shockingly cold air into the room. After a few experiments, we just turned the system off to prevent to blasts of cold air. We were also turned off by having to sign a chit for a $100 "incidentals" (deposit?). Curious as there didn't seem to be any incidentals to be had. We're seeing hotels do this more and more, so somebody must be doing some damage that needs to be guarded against, but we always feel uncomfortable signing a chit for something booking.com didn't tell us about.

This boutique hotel is simply gorgeous. Reception and all staff were very friendly and helpful and welcomed us on arrival. Our room was ready early and it was large, very clean and very, very relaxing. The room had everything we required but finished in a very classy way. The reception/bar areas of the hotel were also very classy and again decorated beautifully and we in fact stayed here for drinks on a couple of occasions. The food was delicious! The location of the hotel was perfect being a stones throw from the French Quarter. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough given its great prices too.
Slightly disappointed by breakfast but so impressed with the rest of the hotel I don't really want to complain.

We loved the location and vibes!
Walls seemed thin. Felt like you could hear other people’s conversation in rooms around us.

Everything was great! Very clean, staff was very friendly, build felt safe and very secure.
Some doors slam shut in the night hours that will wake you up.

It is a very beautiful hotel, tastefully furnished and with a comfortable location just outside the French Quarter. Nice little pool for a refreshment after a long day exploring New Orleans.
The service quality is relatively bad. Part of the staff is definitely not made for the service industry. Totally disinterested. Breakfast is a joke! There is nothing wrong with a continental breakfast and the price seemed also absolutely OK, but when you then see the quality….Totally dry bread you could not sell in any supermarket, no meat, no cheese (beside some Philadelphia). Just the fruits were eatable. Add three or four Dollar and go to one of the breakfast spots nearby. You get a good breakfast and friendly service. Sad, because this hotel could be a gem.
