Staff is super friendly and welcoming. The room has a very nice size, bed is very comfortable and shower is very warm.
I have 2 points that I suggest improvement.
1. When we boom is not clear that to do a game to see elephants and lions we have to pay extra, that they are not included in the normal game. I think is super ok to charge extra, but it need to be clear before hand.
2. Food was great, but If possible, I would like to see more options, I just stayed for 2 nights, so it was ok, but if I stayed longer I would like to have more variety.

Beautiful setting/views, clean, tented room was very spacious and had very good insulation/heating. Rock hyrax (also referred to as dassies) just our patio we’re very cute and kept us entertained in the early evening. The bush brai dinner was spectacular in every way!
Game drive wasn’t very good. This was partly because the guide/driver kept overlooking animals. He definitely wasn’t a very good spotter nor was he educated on the animals, etc. Several members of the staff (hostess/greeter and some waitresses) seemed disinterested in their jobs and dining service was often slow.

The most amazing location and vista - as you arrive you you feel the stress leaving you and replaced with a feeling of tranquility and well being. Could not ask for anything more and thank you to the team for making our stay so memorable and special. The game drives was amazing and every aspect is catered for, which makes it a very special place to visit and experience. Highly recommended and wish we could have been there for longer.
There is absolutely nothing that did not meet our needs and every small detail was looked after and considered. Truly amazing. Few small recommendations from a personal point of view that I will share with the lodge, but really minor considerations.

+ outstanding staff all along
+ amazing views
+ great activities and a stunning reserve, where we got to see Rhinos (special thanks to Ronnie)
+ very good f&b
+ the tents are in a great condition
- the property is located on a farm which is owned by Rashid Sardarov, a Russian billionaire, with a very questionable background (see Panama papers) and a trophy hunting history, including Rhinos

We had an amazing stay at Habitas, the views are spectacular, the room/tent was a great size and stylishly finished as was the main living area. Check-in was unique and memorable. The staff and the food were great and it was the perfect place for us to end our 3500km drive in Namibia.

The property captured gorgeous views of the reserve and the entire setting including layout and decor is gorgeous
The menu options were sometimes not available, I imagine this might have been because the lodge was not busy so it would be challenging to have everything on hand for just 2 people.
We had a flight very early in the morning and the pathway is dark and lighting very dim. For older guests this would be challening.

We had an amazing stay at this lodge, wich is situated an a hill. Every Patio has a beautiful view and privacy. The Staff was very friendly. Everything was included, from scenic drives to drinks and even a nice dinner in the bush. We would rebook in a second and can recommend it to everyone.

BEAUTIFUL

This is truly the definition of Home Away From Home. By far the best holiday in this stage of our lives: every staff member was utterly wonderful, genuine, kind, helpful and simply with biggest hearts. The chef is a winner, offering amazing meats as well as veggie options, and the spa treatment, yoga, safari drives and open fire storytelling made it better than a holiday, it made it the best experience. Couple that with the jaw dropping view and simply incredible amount of wildlife, and you have literal perfection.

I really haven’t stayed in any place like it. it’s overall an unparalleled experience, the staff seem so genuinely pleased to be working there and they really make you feel at home. the view is spectacular, the rooms are beautiful with the most comfortable pillows and bed ever, the food is so well taken care of , you’re always looking forward to the next meal. the game drives were a lot more interesting than the self-driven we had done previously on our trip- Shaanika is so interested in sharing his knowledge with you. I would also definitely recommend a wellness treatment with Bernadette which was just the cherry on top of the whole experience. I hope I’m lucky enough to go back sometime.
