Great couple of nights away.

Ideal location, own parking spot, nice and clean and relatively new apartment. Everything you need is supplied, had a perfect weekend away.

Perfect stay in Whitstable

Location perfect, off street parking amazing. Lovely house, cute outside space. My partner came down by motorcycle so the utility area downstairs was perfect for storing his bike kit. Beautiful light filled lounge area due to the double aspect with velux windows in kitchen area. Other reviews complained about the bathroom being downstairs, not a problem at all for us.

No freezer compartment for ice. Only really suitable for 2 adults, but that was fine for us.

Perfect house & location for a weekend break in Whitstable

Salt Yard Cottage was in an ideal location - a short walk from both the beach & pubs, restaurants & shops on the High Street. House was very clean and great facilities - car park space was a bonus.

A welcome pack would have been a nice to have - tea & coffee were provided but no milk. Need to make it clearer that the bathroom is on the ground floor - wasn't a problem for us but may be for others.

Facilitis were very good. Location was excellent. In a very nice and quiet area. Hope to return

Having to go down stairs to toilet during the night. A freezer compartment in the fridge would have been great

Pleasant

The location was good, very close to the high street and generally nice and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped, the shower good , with nice shower gel etc, and the bed comfortable.. It was nice to be able to let a cool breeze in through the balcony window., and everything was bright and clean.

Sorry to say that the sofa was very uncomfortable.,just ok for young people , but not for anyone over 50...very low to the ground and hard.The outside area needed attention, and the table and chairs there were old and rusty, need replacing.. I also think it needs t be made more clear on various advertising that there are stairs and that the bathroom and toilet are downstairs, as I did not discover this until after I had booked, and this was difficult as I have arthritis. Tea and coffee were provided, but no milk.

Lovely accommodation - very central in lovejy Whitstabke

Location, cleanliness.

While the provision of a washing machine and tumble dryer is excellent, it would have been good to have had some operating instructions within the property.

Like other reviews - too many cushions on the bed ( no need), large furniture made bedroom feel small, minute size dinner plates. Patio furniture rusty, weeds growing Last but not least and no mention of this on bookings.com or their own website...bathroom downstairs which would create difficulty for some, it needs to be mentioned. Quick enough to contact me re arrivals times and when had to leave ( felt a bit directive not friendly)

Lovely little cottage with parking a few minutes walk from shops, bars, restaurants, beach and harbour. Very comfy bed and well equipped for our short stay.

Great location and good value for a winter stay. Not good for people who struggle with stairs.

Great location. Spotlessly clean. Parking space. Good Wi-Fi. Comfortable bed.

Bathroom is downstairs- all other accommodation on the first floor. This wasn’t clear from the description. Not helpful for people with mobility problems like me. No large dinner plates. Some instructions on the heating controls would have been helpful. Uncomfortable sofa.

We loved the layout of the place, the arrangement of all the furniture and just how modern everything was.

Very central with parking. Clean bright and well equipped apartment.

Not a didn't like but feedback - we stayed only a few days had we stayed a week we would have struggled with clothes storage space as very limited. Also the sofa after a short period of time became very uncomfortable.
