お得だが我慢すべき所もある

値段の割にサービスが良くお得感がある

部屋が暑い，季節的にエアコンが暖房設定しかなく窓も開けられないため寝苦しかった

素晴らしく快適な滞在をありがとうございます。

間違えて喫煙ルームを予約してしまっていたが、直前に空室が出たとのことで、禁煙に変えてもらえて助かりました。 1時までのレイトチェックアウトにもご対応いただきました。子供と3人での予約でしたが、ベッドが3台ある部屋にアサインしていただき、ありがとうございました。子供が自分のベッドだと喜んでいました。朝ごはんも充実していて美味しかったです。

ガッカリ！！

アメニティは充実してます。特にフェイスマスクは質が良かった。

お酒飲むのにコーヒーカップは頂けないグラスぐらい置いて欲しい窓に手垢､カーテンにカビが生えてた折角のロケーションが台無し部屋の隅ホコリが凄い！！掃除して下さい！！

行きたい施設なな近くて便利でした。

清潔で安かった。リムジンバスが停まるのも便利。

ドライヤーが不良品で、取り替えてもらえましたが、事前に点検してあると良かったかなと思いました。

Will be back if I am going to the same area.

Breakfast was simple but very yummy! They even provide take-away cup for taking our drinks away after we are done with our breakfast. Location was great too..! And it is a quiet place. Overall experience was good.

Due to the layout of the room, the room seem small. And the dryer in the Laundry room, we spent 40mins to dry our clothes but it was still damp. 🤦🏼

Very affordable and very accessible to everything !

Very accessible to everything , especially when you're driving or taking train. Surrounding are very relaxing. 7-eleven is just behind the building.

Parking fee its a bit expensive, maybe they can lower the charge especially for those customers that staying for a week or so.

Would not stay there again.

Location was great since it was a short walk to where we needed to go.

The bathroom smelt terrible. They need to wash their shower curtains. The room was dusty and the floor wasn’t vacuum properly. We found bits on the side of the bed so definitely wasn’t pleasant. If you’re vegan or vegetarian, there isn’t many options for breakfast.

Perfect option if attending a conference

Ideal if attending a conference at Big Sight. Equidistant from Kokusai-Tenjijo Station and the convention centre. The room was comfortable and larger than the usual business hotel. Long desk along the window with nice view out over the trees. Breakfast was fantastic - in a huge space with lots of windows looking outside over the greenery and heaps of delicious food.

The pillow was too flat and not up to the standard of the room.

I will stay at this place again. Daiba offers good shopping and activities. Close to central Tokyo.

I had opted to upgrade my room to the next level. It was a good value . I was on the upper floors in a large room with a balcony and a good view. I enjoyed the priority elevator which was reserved for guests on the upper floors. I like the location near the subway and the Yurikamome. Effortlessly and quick to get from the hotel to central parts of Tokyo.

It really convenience for exhibition in Tokyo big sight. Quite and many of sight seeing spot.

Now, the limousine bus from Narita Airport is already terminated. It really inconvenience to transport to this area.
