Beautifully renovated two bedroom, two bath condo sleeps six comfortably with a perfectly relaxing view of the Caribbean overlooking the pool and sunny deck. Individually controlled air conditioning in every room and living room, two private balconies and a full-sized kitchen.
This generous two bedroom villa is tastefully decorated and equipped for your family to enjoy. Each of the spacious bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, independently controlled air conditioning and flat screen TV's. King bed in master and two queen beds in guest bedroom. Comfortable seating on deck off master. Living room slider opens to nice sized deck with south and west ocean views. New outdoor sectional and bar height table provide a comfortable atmosphere for everyone with direct view to swimming pool and beyond. Quiet air conditioned living room with conversation seating, dining room table and kitchen bar seating. The location is an easy walk to town or the grocery store. Parking within feet of the front door. Sunny swim deck and nice sized pool. The grounds are tastefully landscaped and the property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. New washer and dryer. Cruz Bay is the heart of St. John with a wide variety of shopping, bars and restaurants, however, Blue View is located in a quiet neighborhood a short 5 minute walk from town. Located in Mango Terrace, there are only 6 units so the building and pool are never crowded and will be your own piece of paradise.
Walk to and from town, taxi service to and from town and beaches or rent a jeep to get around the island. We can make recommendations for private or group boats to help you explore neighboring islands such as Jost Van Dyke (home of the famous Soggy Dollar bar) or the Baths of Virgin Gorda.
Hotel tax is an additional and separate 12.5% that will be collected at the time of booking.
Guests can only use one parking spot.

Place was great and appreciated all the extras like shower toiletries, chairs, bug spray, coolers, etc. the hills have put my legs in better shape than they’re used to. Only downside to this place is the uphill climb with a full belly and a few drinks but still worth it.

We arrived to the condo in the dark and pouring down rain! We were greeted by Shannon and she gave us all the info on the place and recommended a delivery pizza place since we were starving and not about to drive out in the rain. Like the others said, that hill is no joke. We walked to “town” several times and to the little grocery stores. Condo was great, very clean and fully stocked with extra supplies. Communication was great and never had to wait long for answers to my questions.

Dave and Julie were great and prompt with communication. The villa was lovely and very clean. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear and the washer and dryer were so nice to have! The only setback is the enormous hill to get to the villa but if you rent a jeep it’d be no big deal. Overall a wonderful place to stay!

The view was perfect as well as the location. We walked everywhere. I will admit the going and coming are steep so you will need to stop to take a few breaths unless you and in shape.

This is a wonderful clean, large condo with a beautiful pool with an amazing view. It has everything you need in the kitchen. They were not stingy like some condos and had plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo and condt …. The communication started when we rented the condo. A follow up e mail before arrival with information. And Shannon had instant communication once we arrived. I give this place a 100% to stay here again. Just make sure u have a 4 wheel drive jeep. Parking is on a steep hill, but mists condos are on hills so we knew that.

We loved our stay here, everything was great and the location is very convenient to get to town! For those worried about “the bill” mentioned in prior reviews, we found it very easy to get a taxi when we didn’t want to walk.

We arrived on St. John and had to change accommodations and Julie & Dave were so helpful and bent over backwards to help us.
The location is walkable to town, we did not rent a car (driving on the opposite side of the road and the steepness of the hills, leave the driving to the taxi drivers!).
The view is all ocean and the AC worked so well we had to turn if off once it was cooled off when we returned from an outing (well insulated).
I would recommend staying here and I cannot wait to return.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean, spacious, with a very well appointed kitchen. Great grill on porch. Located on a steep hill, but we were still able to park a minivan. Highly recommend!

Just as pictured! Beautiful unit, amazing view overlooking the pool and bay. Great communications for check in. Only negative is the challenge of parking in the parking spaces adjacent to 2 of St John's famously steep hills - not for the faint of heart but fits right in with much of driving on the island!

Wow! We had such a great stay at Blue View. The property was exactly as described and was perfect for two couples. Our greeter, Shannon, welcomed us and showed us around and provided some great tips for enjoying the island. She made communicating easy by quickly responding promptly to our text messages.
Julie and Dave, the property managers, were also quick yo respond to all of our emails prior to arrival to provide details for check-in and easy directions from our car rental place.
As for the condo, the beds and linens were comfortable and we had all of the amenities of home. I.e. fast wifi, smart TVs, fully stocked kitchen, and most importantly all the necessary tools to enjoy the beautiful beaches of the island. We were pleasantly surprised to be supplied with shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel. And a great bonus was that we had hair dryers and a straightening iron available in the bathrooms.
We truly enjoyed spending happy hour most days at the pool where we could see the sunset and enjoy a cocktail before heading to Cruz Bay for dinner.
As several others have commented, the parking is a challenge at first, because the complex is located near the top of a very steep hill. Just takes a bit to trust that the Jeep can handle the hill. We highly recommend renting a Jeep.
Our stay was truly perfect. Looking forward to coming back again next year and hoping to bring our grandkids.

The property was exactly as described and conveniently located a short distance from Cruz Bay. Appreciated the availability of beach chairs and snorkeling gear in the unit as well as a cooler. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, fully equipped. Was clean and comfortable. Bring your Keurig K-cups, forgot ours. Starfish Market is just a short distance for any needs. Sunset while in the pool is a perfect end to any day. Parking always available at the unit if you survive the hill, we rented a Jeep. Although I chose to read, my husband enjoyed the Netflix availability. Don’t think twice about booking Blue View!

This property is perfect for a stay on St. John. It is clean and beautiful. Julie is wonderful to work with. It has a great view of the ocean and is easy to get to from downtown. We rented a jeep for our daily adventures but walked to town each evening for dinner. It is at the top of a steep hill so the walk is not easy, but definitely doable. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic trip to St. John in this beautiful villa! It was beautiful, clean and well located, with a fantastic pool to enjoy with our group. It was so convenient to be a short walk from town for dinner and drinks. The check in was seamless and the villa had everything we needed to enjoy the beaches (chairs, snorkels, flippers, towels etc). Would definitely recommend.

The condo was perfect for us! Very clean, comfy beds, lots of beach stuff, air conditioner worked great, washer and dryer was a plus, amazing view and a short walk to Cruz Bay Area. The walk is tough - huge hill! It was how we worked off all the food and drinks! We would definitely stay there again.

From start to finish Julie was great to work with. Jeanine met us at the condo to give us an introduction and an overview of the island as well as recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing, etc. The condo was well maintained and everything was fresh. Spectacular views and on a clear day you can see St. Croix. The only reason I gave location 4 stars is if you do not rent a Jeep and if you are not in shape, it can be a challenge to walk up Hill Street to get to the condo. And if you do rent a Jeep, turning into the assigned spots can be a challenge for the faint of heart. That being said, the condo and the view is worth it.

Our family of four(kids 14 and 16) loved this unit. It's spacious, with great outdoor living and breathtaking views. Julie and Dave were awesome and provided great insight into the area and assisted with any requests we had. We would definitely stay here again!

A long awaited return to St. John for my wife and I this time bringing our kids. The property and owners did not disappoint with this clean and fresh 5 star villa with pool and parking blocks from Cruz Bay. All amenities were included with fresh linens, cold AC, new appliances and 2 beautiful patios facing the ocean. We will be back. Kudos to property owners David and Julie.

Comfy beds, big master bedroom and bath, well stocked dishes and linens wise, nice balconies to relax on in the morning with coffee. Appreciated the welcome treats from the local deli and bakery when we arrived that night. Shannon was super helpful meeting us at the condo and staying in communication when our flights got delayed. I will say, you are very close to the neighboring condo balconies which I didn't realize from the listing, so it's not very private and there was a big group next door that was decently loud and kept setting their smoke detector off literally every morning cooking breakfast which ate into our peaceful mornings. You can hear the upstairs unit people very loudly walking around at all hours- luckily we were barely ever there after we left in the morning to go beach hopping around the island. The back bedroom is on the street side and our friend said you can hear cars going up and down the hill at night so it was a bit noisy. As many people reviewed, the condo is on a VERY steep hill which makes parking pretty tricky having to ensure you don't tip your jeep over if you come in a bad angle- luckily my husband is a very seasoned driver so he can handle it, but it was certainly tricky and can be dangerous. The walk into town only takes 5 min but it's up and down a very very steep hill a well- not a problem for us being young but certainly would be hard for those that aren't as mobile, just a warning.

This villa had everything we needed, and some extras like snorkeling equipment, a cooler, and some things to munch on when we got there. The view was absolutely beautiful!! Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We walked to the Cruz Bay restaurants and shops every night. The hills were steep but it was fine for us. We hope to be back someday!

We were very happy with the Blue View and had a wonderful vacation in St. John. The owners were extremely communicative before and during the trip and the greeter was responsive to meet us when we arrived. They left a very nice cheese/meat plate for our arrival which was thoughtful.
We took full advantage of the beach chairs/towels and the snorkel equipment that was available for our use. The beds are comfortable, there are plenty of towels/blankets available and the kitchen is well stocked with whatever you need. Having laundry was a big plus too.
We utilized the pool a lot and met some very nice guests who were staying in other units. The view from the pool is gorgeous and we saw a few beautiful sunsets there.
The location is convenient to town once you get your bearings, but definitely be advised that it is located on some very steep hills. Driving and parking the Jeep there made us slightly nervous, but we got lots of exercise walking up and down to Cruz Bay.
Another note is that there are lots of roosters in the area. The second bedroom is close to the road and my daughter heard them throughout the night/morning during the stay.
There are 3 nice TVs in the unit, but be aware that they are all Smart TVs, so you will need Netflix, Prime or Hulu accounts to watch them.
The only negative was that there was no functioning overhead light in the living room while we were there. They came to check it when I let them know, but weren't able to fix it. It wasn't a huge deal, but it was kind of a bummer to be slightly in the dark all week.
It's a great place to stay for a family for sure.

We chose this condo because of its proximity to Crown Bay. What we didn't realize that it was at the top of a very steep hill. The walk home each night was short but intense. Parking was tricky if you were the last one to park. All in all, it was a nice condo and the check-in/check-out process was very easy. It was loud at times with people in the unit above us but that can not be helped. Lots of snorkel gear and coolers for daily excursions.
We highly recommend supper at Extra Virgin and 18 64- both were great!

It was okay. The condo kitchen could of been cleaner. The steepness is a issue where the condo is located. Not for elderly.
