The flat is connected to the main house but I can assure you all the privacy you need with a separate side entrance and private garden.

- Please respect the neighbours by keeping the noise down and no noise after 10pm
- No dirty shoes inside
- When leaving the property please make sure you lock the front door, windows and back door
- If a guest locks themselves out of the property OR they do not place keys in the lockbox at checkout, a £50 fee will apply
- If a guest loses or breaks a set of keys, a £100 fee will apply
- Please make sure rubbish instructions are followed correctly, including using correct bin bags and taking outside in time for rubbish collection day
- Kitchen - please wash up after yourself
