Good nite indeed.

The location is perfect,.the host lives right there for any questions. The room was comfortable with mw ,coffee n fridge. The breakfast was kept in the fridge every day with a fresh supply of yogurt,muffins,boiled eggs,milk,fruits,cereal etc.it was enough for us.

The breakfast variety could me a bit better and healthier.

A Good Nite's Rest Bed and Breakfast is an excellent value and great place to stay in Banff!

A Good Nite's Rest Bed and Breakfast was a cute place, in a fantastic location, had all the comforts I needed including extra blankets and a space heater, free parking off the street, and full breakfast!!

The small dog barked a little when anyone checked in, but it was not bad at all.

A Good Night's Rest indeed!!! All that was promised and more!!

Breakfast was exactly as described and was perfect. The area was very quiet and the beds were amazing!!! So comfortable and we slept amazingly.

There wasn't anything that could have been better, though I didnt much care for the soft water in the shower but I absolutely understand why it would be needed and preferred so its negligible. I'm only a visitor and if the residents deem it necessary, then so be it. :)

Pleasant experience - would recommend

Variety of breakfast options. I wanted to eat everything every morning! The breakfast tray was replenished each day and left in the fridge to enjoy the next morning. Location is within walking distance of the main street Friendly and helpful hosts

Very limited parking options at the location if you have a car Still almost $200 CAD a night (that's with tax) for not being an actual hotel Some noisy nights from the room next over

Very good

The room was comfortable, clean, large and quiet. Location was excellent and close to the downtown area. Breakfast was great and the staff were very accommodating and helpful.

The price was good. They found a way to reduce costs without sacrificing customer service or cleanliness.

I guess if I had to nitpick it would be not enough channels on the TV but honestly it didn’t bother me that much.

For $160+ I would not recommend.

It was nice to be within walking distance of everything you need. it was nice to have options for breakfast in the fridge too. The worker we met upon checkin was kind too.

The door was open when we arrived and the AC was still in the window unsealed so it was very cold in the room when arriving. When we were trying to wind down at night the people beside us were quite loud and a dog was barking and then there were quite a few flying bugs in the room.

I booked a staycation to Banff for my dad for his birthday, but unfortunately there were wifi issues at the hotel. Elsa informed me prior to their arrival, and kindly paid for a stay at Best Western for my dad. I'm really grateful for what you've done, thank you so much for going above and beyond!

Perhaps a facelift like lighter paint colours for the walls and lighter coloured carpet or flooring. The edges around the shower stall showed some rust.

Great stay and would return

Great location for downtown Banff and our room was huge, two double beds for the two of us and a good sized bathroom. The owner was friendly and there was ample parking on the property. We really enjoyed the breakfasts provided as we were up early most days and enjoyed eating before we left for the day rather than going out and finding somewhere for breakfast then waiting for it to be made. Can't complain on the selection, there was so much choice; cereal, breakfast muffins and croissants, fruits, juices, milk, eggs, sweet muffins, yogurts.

Our room could be easily upgraded, some paint, change the light fittings and hang a picture up could really improve the space just to make it a nicer place to wake up too.

I would definitely recommend it and stay again. The rooms were large and clean.

I was under the assumption that there was a breakfast room. I would’ve liked this as I get up early and like to have coffee while my kids sleep.

The coffee wasn’t restocked. The water in the walls was loud. There was no one there when I wanted to check in.
