It was very beautiful! But they overcharged for several things and I still haven’t got the rest of my money back
4.1
nice size room, and great lighting.
my room wasn't cleaned one day, and there weren't enough towels replaced another day, but everything else was fine
4.1
the staff was very friendly and helpful
I had to switch rooms twice, the first time because of a faulty door lock, and the second time because of plumbing issues. the staff did the best they good to correct this, but updates are clearly needed on the property.
4.1
Historic and refurbished beautifully. Easy walk to the Quarter but more quiet in financial district.
4.1
Gostei da Localização, do quarto e do restaurante.
Do serviço e da limpeza.
4.1

The hotel has a restaurant on site called Luke. During your stay you must try it atleast once. The service and the food is very good. The wait staff go above and beyond to serve their customers. I would personally make that a pit stop on my next vist to the city of New Orleans.
The only thing I didn't really care for was the bed. The mattress could have been swapped out. It felt a bit springy. You could feel the springs when laying down. I asked for an additional blanket to lay on top of my fitted sheet.

The location was amazing! Walking distance to everything was convenient. Everyone was helpful and pleasant! The staff went above and beyond to get to know us. We will definitely be back!
The air conditioning kept going out.
4.1
The beds were extremely comfortable, slept well. The staff was very helpful. The location was nice, close enough, but not in the middle of alot of the bustle.
The windows were not very soundproof.

It was great. We had a corner suite and was given a great view. The extra windows around provided enough light that we did not have to use out lights until night time.
The microwave was located in the room with the bed. And to pay that much for a hotel it would of been nice to have complimentary breakfast. Instead of having to use the restaurant in the hotel.

Everything was great. Valet parking, front desk, and staff were friendly.

It was ok. Nothing fancy.
Parking in front was tight.

The front desk staff had great hospitality. They gave recommendations on places we should try for dinner. In addition, they took the extra mile to make sure our room was cleaned each day.
We were disappointed with the overall value of the room. We know that we got the standard king but we kind of expected more.

Loved the staff

good value and friendly staff
weird smell in hallway, carpet needs cleaning or needs to come out
4.1
the location
the hotel was dirty the staff was misleading and on knowledgeable
4.1
Our bellman and valet were exceptional.
The area to potty the dog was a bit far.
4.1
The food was good and also the room size. Some repairs required to the room but overall very comfortable.
It would have been nice to have more facilities. There is pools in hotels that are the same cost. However there isn't a pool here. But they also would be missing the authentic style that this hotel has.
4.1
Good location with restaurant. Nice people.
The extra cost associated with parking our car!
4.1
The room was a bit dowdy but otherwise was okay. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is about 3 - 4 blocks from Bourbon Street. We saw a few homeless people in the street but not outside the building.
There was only an office type chair in the room, it needed a sofa or easy chair. The room was dull and faced an internal courtyard. I thought valet parking was expensive.
4.1
Big rooms, quiet hotel, comfortable beds. We couldn't hear anyone above us or next door we stayed 4 nights. Shirt walk to Canal Street and Bourbon Street. Parking across Street for 25.00 a night.
Will be back to this hotel if in New Orleans again
4.1
Location and size of the corner room that we had
Hot water in toilet and bathroom. Plumber must have mixed up the pipes. Impossible to take a shower. Hotel issued a credit. Ok, as we stayed only one night.

everything
nothing perfect
