Excellent location and staff (Kay especially) and great view

The location was exactly what we wanted, quiet but steps away from the French Quarter. The staff was very helpful especially Kay, she was absolutely amazing and lovely, helping us with everything. Beautiful view of the river.

Overall we had a wonderful time!

The staff was awesome! My family from Japan, came to BR to visit and 8 of us stayed at The Westin. Love that the location was so close to the Mardi Gras parades and everything New Orleans!

The food at the lobby bar was not the best. Substandard for the reputation that we were accustomed to. The pillows were huge and firm! Luckily, a random guests staying at Westin told us that we could request down pillow replacements.

Loved it!!

Breakfast was awesome. Valet service was amazing. Robert who checked us in was so sweet and helpful. He was very welcoming.

The location was perfect but they need to do better with cleaning the rooms since they allow pets

The location

The room smell like a dog, and it was not clean too well. The comforter were wrinkled and there was someone’s hair in the shower. The carpet needs to be cleaned to get the dog smell out

Last 2 times our breakfast was not good for what they charge for it Eggs were cold it was all off

Overall, the staff were really helpful and friendly and the hotel was in an excellent location.

The view from the room was fabulous. Woke to beautiful sun rises and view of the Mississippi river.

Room service(maid service),had to ask that our room be cleaned and when it was sheets weren't changed but bed was re-made.

I made a great choose staying at Westin, New Orleans

I had a river view room. View was beautiful. One down fall is the loud trains passing during the night that wakes you up.

I love the location, and having a restaurant and bar in the hotel was a plus!

I didn't like the room because I booked a King room with city view but was given a double queen with city view. No extra charge because the rooms were the same price but I was there with my husband and we didn't sleep too well in a queen bed.

again it’s our favorite place to be in Nola. we will always make this trip cause the Westin has our heart in Nola

location. the bar and live music is our favorite and overloooking the River

breakfast this last time was not good at all. eggs were hard and cold and the price went up since the last time we was here. not worth it sad cause I love the idea of not having to leave the hotel

It’s the perfect hotel for Mardi Gras.

It’s well cared for in the PERFECT location for Mardi Gras in NOLA! turn right, and you’re in the French Quarter. Turn left, and you’re in the CBD and Warehouse District. Parking is in the building, too.

Hotel was nice and the staff was great. Samara, who works at the front desk, went above and beyond to help resolve an issue for me.
