I will return and tell all my friends

Convenience to shopping, quiet and clean. Breakfast was wonderful and the hours were reasonable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Good location and good price.

The position, the fact that breakfast was included and the price. The room was also very big. Reception staff were courteous and helpful.

Could be a bit cleaner, especially around breakfast area. Bins were already nearly full and should be promptly emptied. It was good to have included breakfast. It was ok but there was no breakfast tea at all for the duration of our stay. We were told they’d run out but a hotel shouldn’t run out of tea! Not everyone drinks coffee.

Scamming on money! AVOID!!!

Location is good enough

We were charged 50$ for early checkin but no one informed us that they will charge us. We arrived at the hotel at 13:00 and hotel receptionist was kind enough to check us in. We went to the room and it has dirty toilet. Then our room was changed. It was around 14:00 when we arrived in the room. Receptionist didn't told us that checking us 3 hours earlier is paid. We have been in plenty other hotels where we were checked in even earlier and no one charged us a penny. Hotel refused to return that money. Additionally wifi was not working. Rooms are old and breakfast is very bad. Yes that hotel was the cheapest one at the time of booking but after charging these additional 50$ we could book much better place. There are other reviews mentioning they were charged for something as well. Try to avoid this hotel.

Boa localização. Cama confortável. Banheiro bem equipado. Café da manhã farto e com bastante variedade. Toda a equipe do hotel é muitíssimo solícita.

Entretanto como no site booking.com em português constava minha opção de quarto como duas camas de casal, como eu estava viajando com meu esposo, achei que este quarto seria ideal para a minha estada. Entretanto, como meu esposo chegou antes de mim, foi dito a ele pelo recepcionista que o quarto que havíamos reservado era composto por duas camas de solteiro!! Como são muito prestativos, sugeriram troca para outro apartamento com uma cama maior - ultimo disponível na data. Entretanto, para nossa surpresa, o apartamento concedido como upgrade, que fica acima do nivel da recepção NAO dispoe de janela, dispoe de uma telha onde a chuva fez muito barulho a noite toda e além disso o encanamento do hotel também é muitíssimo barulhento. Era preferível termos ficado com o quarto original e termos juntado as camas, caso necessário. Recomendo evitar esta opção do quarto sem janela, para quem procura por uma acomodação silenciosa,

Bargain price; okay for a quick trip

Location, price

Breakfast was not good. Impossible to keep the room a comfortable temp. At 4-6 am there was an unbelievable noise in the street that disrupted sleep. Sounded like a dumpster being slammed over and over and over and over for hours right outside the window.

Cool place to visit

Staff was cool co- operative, amenities were good right at places. I had enjoyed it all

Breakfast time is short it should go till 10 am in the morning and some fried itam must be their In the breakfast like fried potatoes or something like that.

This will be my place of residence when I'm in town.

everything was perfect from the staff to the food the location is perfect moving forward I am making plans to visit again with family and this Hotel will be our stay from the time we leave thank you all for your niceness and kindness.

Parking was awful and expensive, property run down. Phone didn’t work smoke detector needed replacing,room very small breakfast was ok but needed more seating and space to get to food.

Would have been excellent if the tub was cleaned properly

The location could not be better. The bed was very comfortable and the coffee was delicious and served all day. The breakfast was also good

The tub had some mess in it. I was willing to shower but definitely not have a bath. In the corner above the tub wants a patch of black nasty. Possibly mold. My guest cleaned it for us. The cleaner should have seen this without doubt.

眺めが良かった

10階の部屋から川や朝日の眺めがとても良かった。受けとけはフレンドリー。近くにはいろいろなお店があって便利。ホテルのロビーで自動のコーヒー類（いろいろな種類を選べる）を24時間、飲める。部屋にもコーヒーメーカーがあるし、タオル類はしっかりといろいろとあり、毎日、きちんと交換してくれていた。冷蔵庫があって便利。朝食は、ソーセージとハンバーグと焼き卵、パン類がベーグル2種と食パン、ピーナツバターとバターとジャムの3種類。ジュースはオレンジとリンゴ。麦のおかゆ。ヨーグルトは1種類。フルーツはオレンジとリンゴが置いていた。コンフレーク類もあり。あとパック牛乳。かなり小さな売店があった。

バスタブがあったが、栓が壊れていて貯められないので、意味がない。備え付けコーヒーをきちんと追加していないなど、管理の雑さを感じた。机が使いずらかった。朝食にジュースが出ない日があった。

Love the location

Location is so good , near by Bourbon street only 15 minutes walk. I feel safe even walk home at night time. Nice room size and thank you to give me room with window.

I stay there 4 nights and I request room service only my third day to clean my room but look like they not enough staff. No one come to clean my room But at least one staff come to give me more amenities and change towels for me.

This was a trip for four sisters from Canada and we had an amazing time and we were pleased overall

They were able to put our group on the same floor but not next to each other as requested. The TV did not work in our room and they were unable to fix it. Our room was chilly when we arrived and we were unable to adjust the temperature. We asked for assistance and then it was too warm and again we couldn't adjust it. The telephone instructions said to just the call the room number on the 10th floor but when I tried, it went to the operator. The breakfast was good and it was nice to be able to eat before we headed out for the day. The location was amazing and allowed us to walk everywhere.

The front desk person did not tell us about the WiFi password when we checked in and was a bit curt with us. It was midnight and she seemed to be busy doing her audit and we felt that we interrupted her. Several other staff were very helpful and pleasant.

The air conditioner was exceptionally loud. Everytime it came on it rattled very loud, and kept us up most of the night.

the biggest reason for going to New Orleans was the National WWII Museum, and it was excellent

Everywhere has a few mishaps over all it a nice stay would maybe book again

The location was the best part, everything walking distance.

We had several of maintenance issues with the hotel but they were quick to fix it plus you had to pay $35 to park just to walk back 5 mins better off doing the street parking

Definitely worth the stay

Location! Everything was in walking distance. Room was nice and comfy. The staff was very friendly and professional! Cody; Margie, Adam & Diamond was very very helpful! So many stores and food places close by. Also a restaurant/bar in the hotel. Love that after a certain time you have to use your key to gain access to the inside

Good price for a good location

I loved the specialty coffee maker in the lobby. The weekend breakfast was good thanks to BACON. The location was ideal for my purposes.

I didn't like that there was not onsite parking. I didn't like that the parking garage didn't offer a discount for hotel guests. I hated that the weekday breakfast was not the same as the weekend breakfast and that it closed at 9 instead of 10. I paid the same amount each of my four nights, so I should receive the same benefits each day regardless of it being the weekend. I also didn't like that the front door to the hotel was always locked, and that there was no microwave in the room.

The Best Western Plus St. Christopher Hotel was the perfect choice for us.

We loved that the hotel was in walking distance to everything we wanted to do. We paid $33 for parking a day and could leave and re-enter as much as needed.

There was nothing me and my partner did not like.

Great place to stay, do not rely on breakfast at all.

The hotel is amazing. We booked room with windows and it was perfectly good. Waking distance to the French Quarter and to Mississippi.

Due to the kitchen remodeling, breakfast it was almost missing. Coffee was good! Did not received the receipt when arriving / leaving even if we asked for it since arriving. After few email and booking help we received it by email.

Overall, the trip to NOLA was an experience that my daughter and I enjoyed.

The room was nice and cool, but the vents were a little dusty causing me to cough a bit. There was a hole/mole near the hand rail in the bathtub/shower which too could have caused the coughing and slight headache. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel because wanted to experience the natives’ food. Parking was another concern. We had to walk two blocks or more to the parking garage and pay parking daily which was absurd. That really sucked when one had bags to carry back to the hotel and will likely be the result in me not returning to the property.

Read note above for things I didn’t like.
