location and friendliness of staff
The swimming pool was very dirty. We got in it once and then decided not to use it which was a shame as it was one of the things that drew us to the hotel

Location location location… walking distance to all the key sites in NOLA.
Loved the roof top pool and the observatory deck.
4.3
Balcony was great, as was the size of the room, desk and additional chair for sittting.
Bathroom was too small, no space between the sink, toilet, and shower.
4.3
Never eat there
Wanted to hit the small local pubs for food and music
Everything was good

Location was great. The staff were friendly. The historical texture of the hotel was nice.
The housekeepers did not come to clean my room for three days. Even though I reported this situation to the reception two days in a row, no one came for cleaning. At the same time, since one of the elevators was broken, it was time consuming to get in and out of the room.
4.3
Best location, wonderful staff. And the rooftop pool!! We’ve stayed a dozen times over the years. Love it.
Rooms could use an upgrade. Dark and decor kind of old.
4.3
Fantastic location - close to everything without being right on Bourbon.
The rooms need a refresh - particularly the bathrooms - but it was overall a lovely place.
4.3
Great location in the heart of the french quarter
View of a wall. First room was next to elevator. Next room was next to staff door. Noisy. Dirty. Gym closes at 7pm. I’ll never return
4.3

The classic atmosphere of the property just blends well with the French market area.
No complaints

The hotel is a beautiful lady who is very proud and aging well. But given her beauty she is showing her age just below the surface.
Was at Peabody last year. Very similar but Peabody has held up a little better.

Staff was great and accomodating to a request I had to be next to my sister staying in the same hotel. The downstairs bar was nice and they had a live piano player. Great location to everything in the french quarter, and about a 20 minute walk to any of the CBD restaurants and casino.
The fire alarm went of a couple times, but due to another guest.
4.3
The balcony view the staff was awesome and super helpful and the room was comfortable.
I also made some really cool friends here and my working our film went amazing thanks to the advice on places to go to from the staff!
I felt safe and miss Nola already!
I will totally be back and stay there again. I am planning on moving down there in a few years and will make sure my visitors have this place as an option to stay too :)
Thank you to everyone and I miss you all!
My best!
F.Allen from NY!
The friendly ness from the staff and atmosphere and how timeless this place was.

I liked the location
I liked the bed
I really liked the quality of work of the concierge, good advice and was very kind and professional
The hotel is beautiful and very authentic to the architecture of the city
The people working at reception were not very pleasant
The sound of room ventilation
The problem of noise insulation in the bedroom
The bathroom was very little

Location
Rooms are dated. Needs to be remodeled.
4.3
Great location, pool is beautiful, bar area is fun, brunch was very good and the staff are incredible.
The hotel itself is beautiful, but the rooms my friends had were a little drab and outdated. Luckily, I got an updated room w an excellent bathroom and luckily faced the garden, so light was abundant. Be sure to ask for a French Quarter view or a garden area view. Rooms seem to be better in those areas.

Restaurant👍 All the staff were excellent in every way
In the restaurant there appeared to have a leak in the ceiling .Also in the restaurant I think you need to maintenance the restrooms every hour .The men's restroom was very dirty around noon on a Saturday

Location to Bourbon Street and restaurants and sights was very good, safe and quiet. Employees were great and very friendly. Hotel had nice amenities
Rooms were small, bed was not comfortable, tiny bathroom, room lacked adequate outlets for charging electronics. Pool area could have been cleaner and stayed open longer, closed at 10pm

front desk staff was absolutely lovely. hotel was gorgeous with great amenities! Location was PERFECT!
house keeping knocked on our door every 45minutes the day of checkout starting at 10 when the door said checkout was at noon.
4.3
The hotel is nice and perfectly located in the French quarter but the staff was completely overwhelmed, rude and unresponsive. It started with the check in where the reservation was for 4 night but had only 3 nights in their system, so we ended up with the smallest room available in our category even if we had a toddler sleeping in crib with us in the room, we could barely fit the crib in the room in a premium room... When we asked to change room the next day, it took the staff 6 hours to move our luggage from one room to another with no excuse, so we had to do it ourselves. At check out we received a bill which was 800 USD above the expected cost and had to negotiate for 45 min with very unpolite staff to get it down to the Booking price reservation.

The whole Staff and Management were stupendous. The Hotel was amazing and a blessing to stay at. My Wife and I would highly recommend it for All to Experience.
That we couldn't stay longer.

We booked the deluxe king room with balcony for 2 nights, which met our expectations. Our room was clean, the staffs were very nice. The location was great, and the Rib room food was delicious! I will definitely recommend Omni Royal to anyone.
