Yoko was absolutely amazing, she gave us a ride to the shops on several occasions, dropped us off at our following accommodation and gave us so much useful information re the shuttle buses, slopes and surrounding area! The hostel was lovely and warm, very nice inside and a great location, 5mins from the Gondola hotel one direction and 5mins from Tokyu hotel the other from where lots of the shuttle buses leave from (as their first stop). Good value, we were happy we chose this place for our first trip to Japan! Would visit again!

Very nice and clean. Provided pick up and drop off services from the bus station.

The hotel is very convenient for happo one as others commented. The host Yoko will take you to anyother places no matter shopping or skiing. Yoko is great host, she takes care guests very well and shares all she knows about Hakuba and skiing and even something in deep. Lots of people take long stay in the hotel. I enjoyed the night here and truly will come back on my next trip.
