Old World charm in quiet part of Quito’s La Floresta neighborhood. Walking distance to many restaurants. Helpful staff.
We didn’t have hot water the first night, but this was fixed by the next morning.

Excellent location (restaurants, Olga Frisch Folklore) in walking distance; helpful staff; delicious breakfast; water available.

Beautiful hotel! Nice decor and great vibe. Love the location in La Floresta, so many restaurants and cafes nearby. Breakfast was simple but perfect. I think it’s a great value for the price and would definitely return to stay here again!

This place was awesome. The lady at the front desk was very kind, helped us get a taxi at 4am, and was all smiles.

Lovely old Colonial hotel with several inviting sitting areas for guests. Tasty breakfast including eggs cooked to order with various optional additions. Excellent location in the heart of the lively La Floresta neighborhood. Many great dining options nearby; for instance, there are at least three Japanese restaurants within a block of the hotel. When our three-day reservation stretched into nine days due to unexpected illness, the hotel management was very helpful and kind.

well-arranged common areas with fireplaces, comfortable sofas, everything you need
working wifi
it was a little bit cold

The room was quite cold

Amazing place to stay, one of the best we’ve stayed at in over 3 months on the road, clean, comfortable, feels like a home. staff were super helpful, would stay again for sure.
They don’t have a kitchen for guests to cook at but they will supply you with dishes and cutlery and tea, so you can make something simple if you want!

It's a nice place—quiet, conveniently located, and altogether nice. People who work there were helpful and allowed us to store our bags after we checked out on two separate visits. I would stay here again.
Wifi works in some rooms but not others (we stayed in two different rooms). (Actually, this hotel has four or five different wifi networks for whatever reason, so that issue is a bit confusing as the password they provide works for *most* of them, but not all.) Both rooms had access to the 'garden,' but one had a patio with chairs, while the other didn't.

The colonial style of the hotel
Everything was great

Staff was very helpful and the location was nice for walking around La Floresta. The building is beautiful, and breakfast was nice as well.
The room could've been slightly more comfortable, and it was a little awkward to need someone to buzz you in/out whenever we needed to leave.

Everything was really nice. They kept the place very clean and we felt safe.
Shower took a LONG time to get to be just warm, never hot. Lot of wasted water unfortunately.

Quiet clean comfortable with a nice breakfast
Nothing. A good value very nice place

I am a solo female traveler coming from the U.S.A. The two ladies working there helped me with SO many things, from booking cabs to getting my mandatory COVID test to return to the US. They were able to get an appointment for somebody to come out and give me the COVID test at the hotel for a REALLY low price. They are incredibly organized and helpful, not to mention friendly and welcoming.
Nothing. It was perfect.

Charming little hotel, in a very good location. When we'll come back to Quito, will definitely stay there again.

Very cute hotel in the La Floresta area of Quito. It's within walking distance of the old city and lots of restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and wifi. I had my own little patio facing the garden and the room was cozy and quiet.

Lovely rooms with outdoor access to the garden area, very comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast each day. Great location in La Floresta.
Can't leave without staff assistance to open the door, felt like we had to ask to exit the hotel each time.

The hotel is beautiful inside. Amazing king bed and yummy down blanket. Garden views.
I love this hotel and neighborhood. The staff and service is excellent. ❤

The owners are the nicest couple and made us feel welcome and safe. They were so helpful with suggestions on where to walk, food, and just about everything. Breakfast every day was our best meal of the day. Be sure to have their special hot tea. I wanted to take it home with me but it is their own brew. The building's history is fascinating and we loved spending time there.
WiFi in the rooms was not good, but we just sat in the interior courtyard and it was fine.

The staff is very kind and welcoming. The building itself is charming and historic. Very clean and comfortable. Great value!
It is a ways away from the bus station. The cab ride cost another 15$ so factor that onto you're stay. Also they are not set up for CC at the moment. The host said that is in progress and should change soon.
