We were very well received and very well guided in our various requests. Beautiful riad and the breakfast is excellent!

Friendly and helpful staff, a very friendly welcome.
Very clean and quiet traditional Moroccan Riad.

L'emlacement , la taille de la chambre mais surtout la qualité de l'accueil et les bons conseil de soufian qui nous a organisé une excursions au moyen atlas. Un grand merci á lui .

De locatie is erg fijn.

To rodzinny biznes, więc i pogada i podpowie i się zainteresuje. Naprawdę mega fajna babka, można z nią wszystko dogadać!
- jest WiFi
- dostęp do dachu z którego jest fajny widok
- działa klimatyzacja
- domowy klimat
- domowy klimat

Everything was excellent. At the riad, they were very kind and always available for helping us. Also, the food was very good, and very well served. Our room was clean and had enough space for all of us. I definitely recommend staying there!

very well maintained, a real riad.
This is really family owned. Managed by Mona and her son Abdul. Both are very friendly and helpful and try to accommodate anything in their power.
Located right at the entrance of Medina. 3 minutes walk from Bin Lamdoun Parking

The staff at this Riad were incredibly kind and accommodating to me and my group of friends when we stayed. We absolutely loved having them cook for us one night, the food was delicious! For the entire duration of our stay we felt like the staff really cared about us and our happiness. They were particularly kind and helpful when we suffered from a bad bout of food poisoning, and they made it their top priority to ensure we were comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay at Riad Mounana! The interior is stunning, the common room is beautiful and so comfortable for enjoying the delicious breakfast. The room was far beyond our expectations: clean, comfortable, as well as beautifully and tastefully decorated. The location is perfect as well. Both hosts were a pleasure to communicate with too.

Good customer service.
Location of the riad is not good.
It was bit of scarry that you have to walk through tiny streets before you reached the Riad.
The smell when you approach to the parking, was horrible.

The reception was amazing and helpful, great terrace at the top with view on the city. Location is right at the heart of the Medina. Breakfast is OK.
Room wasn't great, stiff bed, small bathroom, not very clean.
The place isn't accessible with car, so getting there could be not pleasant if you're carrying at lot of luggage.

Good architecture, convenient location, friendly and helpful staff
Freezing cold common areas, dinner is a little overpriced, no toileteries available, no eggs for breakfast

the 2 hosts are very kind, offering a lot of information and you should ask to arrange a tour of the city with Mohammed

We enjoyed our room (superior family room) very much. There is parking availability close by.
The riad is very cold during winter. In the rooms this was not a problem because of the heating. However, during breakfast in the common room we were freezing.

The host of Riad is very understanding and friendly and kept the place clean
Might be tricky to know the layout of location but again every Riad is Madina have the same challenges for someone very new the concept.

I really appreciate our host's warm welcome and kind help. Excellent staff, good location, sweet breakfast. It's a stunning Riad. Thank you so much for hosting us in your beautiful place.
But i cannot give a full score for there are some flaws i don't want to lie. Firstly the WiFi was awful. There is no signal at all. And the bedding quality, anything that is not 100% cotton i cannot really bear it. The bathroom door could not be shut off completely, there is smell from the toilet. The Riad located in a very deep alley, it's hard to find. But whoever is looking for the Riad there is arrows as direction. We figured out This point. And the outside environment for the alley is bad, cats poops And garbage. This is kind of the neighborhood issue. Wish there will be some improvements. And Wish your Riad will get better and better.

The "host" was very welcoming. The room was clean and the Riad was very pretty!
As I said, the host was really welcoming. She helped us to find restaurants and a tour to the desert. The down side is that she told us a price for the tour and the day before the tour (when we had to pay a deposit to her so I guess the hotel is taking a cut) she told us a different price, more expensive. We had to bargain to lower the price but did not get the price told at first. Also we did not have a receip to proove we paid so I would recommand to go directly with an agency since the price was the same as the one I saw on Internet. We also did not have access to the key to open the main door. We had to ring so someome from the Riad would open the door. We go stuck outside for several hours one afternoon because the person working on that day was not responding. There was no consequences since we did not had a train to catch or any schedule that day but that was not pleasant to not have access to our room at all time ... Also the day we left, we left pretty early. The employee there told us they will give us our breakfast early and give us the details about who is coming to pick us up for the tour- wich was so appreciated - but in the morning the employee was not there. We waited and on the time we had to left the employee arrived saying that she could not wake up ... it ended up well but still it was stressfull since we did not know the details about our tour and the employee was the one who was suppose to give us this information.

Th breakfast food was good and varied. All home made and served in one of the Riad's beautiful courtyards. The building is incredibly charming.
The people running the place are nice and kind and willing to help. We had an issue with a taxi booked through them and they went over and above to sort it out even after we had left.
The hot water is a bit hit and miss and some of the rooms were incredibly cold.
No credit cards accepted, carrying such amount of cash around Fes wasn't fun.
