Very friendly staff. Lovely place to stay Enjoyed our time there.

I looked the workers friendliness. The tidyness of the facility. The pool and spa were a hit with the kids. And the balls available to use for the kids in reception is outstanding.

The heater above the TV. Seems like a fire hazard. Room 15 or 16.

The spas were too hot for my partner and kids

The heated pools. It was winter so we didn't swim in the outside pool but it looked nice.

The beds were uncomfortable. We ended up sleeping at the other end of the bed as it hurt our backs. My daughter said her bunk bed mattress was also uncomfortable. The room had nowhere to store anything. We were there for 4 nights and it would have been good to have some sort of drawers to put our stuff in. There was an open cupboard in the bedroom, but the ironing board took up all the space. If they put shelving in there, it would be more practical. I think the room ideally needs a bit of a reno.

How they had accommodated for me an my mate as we wanted a easy check in an also easy stay away from the missus let us sleep in

The security locks were to high for all to enjoy there stay including children ... I had to accompany my children every time they needed a drink and or going to the bathroom The timer on the kitchen and bathroom lights kept turning off while trying to use them (not good with having a child that is scared of the dark) No outside lights turned on by units so had to walk my children around in the dark and for the security of my vehicle (I had to message the afterhours phone to get them turned on, then was told by manager that it wasn't picked up til the morning and that it was a fuse - same problem both nights I don't think so) The rooms where cold even with the oil heater on it didn't make much difference The room wasn't cleaned properly: - Piece's of chocolate slab found down by ranch slider under curtain - room wasn't vacuum/swept properly as there was the driveway pebbles on the floor - table wasn't wiped down, very sticky I use to be a long term tenant here and was going to renew it till I came back to this disappointment

Organization, clean,friendly, excellent all round

Not one thing

Facilities were clean and tidy. Easy to arrange after hours check in. Basic cabin was basic, but clean and easy walk to showers etc. Shared kitchen was clean but need to take your won plates, cups etc.

I didn't like that you had to use a code to access the shared bathroom facilities each time during all hours.

We rented a cabin with bathroom so haven't try the sanitary blocks but the cabin was clean and well equiped. Receptionist was very friendly.

The cabins aren't very well isolated for noise so you can hear the neighbor too well...
