Se promocionan como spa, lo que en realidad es una piscina minúscula poco cuidado, dos saunas y dos jacuzzis que no se podían usar. El jacuzzi de la habitación tampoco funcionaba bien. En cuanto a la atención una sola persona atendiendo la recepción, el restaurante y alguna que otra tarea más. La atención en la cena fue un desastre. Una hora para que nos trajeran la cena después de varias reclamaciones y no trajeron lo que habíamos pedido… Muy mejorable. Se salva por las vistas y por la habitación.

Great location on the lake front. Comfortable bed and blackout curtains were a bonus.

The area it’s in isn’t the greatest

Lakeside location was good and rooms were clean.

I thought that we would have our own washing/drying facilities but it was common and restricted to reception hours, so very restrictive. I ended up driving to the laundromat to do our washing. The verandah was dirty and the chairs had bird poo from resident swallows.

Central for things to do, right on the lake.

Only thing could recommend was have a proper double mattress, the two single beds pushed together to make the double was a little bit annoying.

The restaurant was closed and had I known would have stayed in the city. TV did not work, lack of Sky TV disappointing

Everything was pretty good loved having the lake right there but also having a pool and a spa. room was a really good size and parking was so close!

Everything could have been a bit more clean like the shower but especially the spa pool was quite grubby and had a smell to it. Also for our stay the kitchen was closed which was fine apart from the fact our room didn’t have any cutlery or a microwave for our small breakfast food.

Being beside the lake in a quiet part of town. Spacious room with a very comfortable bed. And dinner at the Mokoia restaurant was very good.

The property seemed a bit neglected and run down, probably due to the downturn post-COVID. The walk to our room from the car park was through the rubbish collection area, not very attractive, and there was a lot of rubble around the spa pool.

Our spa therapist Api was just the kindest most wonderful therapist. She was so thoughtful and attentive. The hot tubs were perfect after a long drive. The restaurant food was delicious. Reception staff super helpful. Spa bath in our room a bonus.

Sofa bed was not so comfy to sleep on. Check in time of not till 3pm was quite late.

The room smelt bad, the staff didn't follow up when I left something in the room. I followed up for 4 days and still no response. Really poor customer service.

The room was comfortable, neat and spacious. The view of the lake was gorgeous and the staff friendly. Clean linen and towels with coffee and tea making facilities in our room. It was great to have a small fridge too.

People screaming and yelling while playing loud music from their car in the reserve outside the resort on Saturday night.

Room was clean and tidy, location is good and the views to the lake were amazing.

Service was a little bit slow probably due to lack of staff. Door lock was a bit tricky to use and the keys got stuck inside a couple of times.

Staff was great, and the room size was large. The resort was cozy but not as nice as we were expecting it to be as a lake-front property. Water pressure on the shower was amazing.

We accidentally left the door open in the summer and woke up to hundreds of bugs on the ceilings and walls.
