Great location, easy to access main roadways. We had to provide our own toilet paper once their supply ran out, which was one roll per bathroom in the house. Sparse kitchen utensils for cooking food. Otherwise a great place to stay at for board/corporate retreats, as long as you have a place elsewhere for meetings. After some difficulty in connecting with the actual hosts, they were responsive to our needs via WhatsApp. Be sure to connect with Evolve to be able to communicate with the actual hosts which is another third party to Evolve. Would recommend as long as you understand you may not connect with actual hosts until right at the time of check in.

We had a great time at this property. There were 15 of us and we were able to spread out to enjoy great conversation or join together on the rooftop to listen to music and share a meal. Awesome location close to the beach and places to eat. Highly recommend.

Property was fantastic, location was very convenient, and amenities were great. Only issue was maybe some insects that were biting us at night in several bedrooms. I think the owner needs to get this issue checked out before having others stay, in case it is a more extensive issue. Also the water pressure could improve in some showers, but this may be outside of the owner's control.

I booked this property for myself and six friends for a bachelor retreat. I was apprehensive about booking at first not being sure if the pictures were accurate, but the pics don’t do the property justice. I got a lot of praise from everyone because the property was awesome and everyone was very comfortable. We all had our own space and plenty of room to fellowship when we wanted.
The property is walking distance from restaurants, bars, and Isla Verde beach. The airport is about 10 minutes away as well. We were able to cook breakfast at the house as the kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Water was hot and pressure was great.
The worst thing I can say about the property is that the side door slams if you don’t catch it when it closes. Other than that we had an awesome experience and we’re able to send our friend off to matrimony the right way. Thank you!

Our stay in this home was good. The space was great for my family. The home is in need of some serious TLC. Some small updates will go a long way (especially the bathrooms).
There were a few rooms that were extremely warm, so we reached out to the caregiver. There was a new ac unit Iinstalled the next day. Amazing customer service. We also battled ants during our visit but the caregiver attempted to address that as well.
The house is close to the highway and a short walk to the beach. When we weren't at the beach, we were enjoying the pool at the house. Having the grills available was also great.
I would consider renting this home again.

The online description of the property was spot on. Had most of what was needed. Food store was not far away along with the beach and tourist stores. A bit close to the highway as there was traffic noise but not to bad inside the house. Thank you for a great place for a few couples to hang.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They lied to us about the house having power after hurricane Fiona. A few days before our arrival, we were told a transformer blew, and the house was running on a generator. When we arrived, we were told the house never had power and the generator that the house was running on tripped twice in an hour. You couldn't use the upstairs of the home, and could only run a few air conditioners at a time. We contacted Evolve for a solution. Evolve was extremely helpful, and was going back and forth between us and the owners to come up with a solution. We had agreed to stay the night, expecting the power company to be out the following day to return power to the house, and if power was not restored we would reconnect and make a decision whether or not to stay at the home for the remainder of our trip. While we were on the phone with Evolve, the owner Pablo came in the back gate and began berating us, demanding that we give him money for our stay, and we must stay the entire trip that we booked, or leave the premises immediately. We were still on the phone with Evolve when this happened, and Evolve said this was not the conversation she had with Karen, the other owner, and that she had no idea where this was coming from. Needless to say we ended up leaving, 8 people, stranded on the highway in Puerto Rico with no where to stay. The house is also literally on the major highway in Puerto Rico. The house itself is run down, the upstairs is completely outdated and falling apart, but the pool was nice. That's the only nice thing I have to say about this place.

The place is really spacious, needs updating in some of the rooms and all the bathrooms. We hung out in the best part of the house which were the kitchen and pool area. We spent most of our vacation out so the fact that the place needed updating wasn't a huge issue. There were some issues with some of the air conditioning unit, leaking water or not cold enough in some of the rooms.

No one was on top of each other, the kids loved the pool. We were in walking distance to the beach. The place was really nice…it could use some touch ups. If I were to do a group trip again I would definitely come back there.

This was my 1st family vacation in years and I brought more family and friends. This place was great just enough room for 7 adults and 11 kids. The place was well
Kept and the size was awesome. Everyone had privacy. I loved that it was in walking distance to a beautiful beach, we had a great driver named Aiden. He was very knowledgeable of Puerto Rico and he got us around when needed. I would recommend this place.

Karen and her husband are AMAZING hosts. I mean AMAZINGGGG. The house is perfect for large groups. Many things within walking distance. Pictures do this place no justices. Aside from aesthetics I couldn’t get over how well they tested us and how welcoming they were. My group and I felt right at home in San Juan.

Great Place for Big Groups
Our group had a wonderful time here! The kitchen/living room and outdoor space were large enough for the 15 of us to hang out together without feeling crammed. Its location next to the highway can be a bit loud from traffic, but otherwise the location was great. It was easy to walk to the beach and restaurants, plus there is an amazing Spanish/Puerto Rican bakery nearby.

The house was perfect for our group of 11! It was close to the airport, beach, and walking distance to stores. The pool and grill were excellent perks to the property - loved it! I didn't have any issues communicating with Karen and/or her husband. If you have a large group this is the house for you!
