Location was great
The breakfasts wasn’t very impressive. I’ve stayed at the Tru in Baton Rouge and Waco those had great breakfast and this one didn’t have much to choose from . Eggs were too watery and sausage cuts were cold

Since I arrived at the reception they didn't help me at all, the lady who has terrible service started not giving me my rooms that I had set aside
not at all, not even to recommend rooms with mosquitoes, it was not fatal

The Hotel has family games in the Lobby area, making it fun for guests. The hotel is very fun in decor.
The refrigerator in our room was not working and no extra pillows in room.

The rooms were too small
I had the room for two nights, and I had a do not disturb sign on the door, and they knocked on the door at 9 a.m. to clean it and again at 2 p.m.
It just felt like a college dorm room. And I know it’s a College town, but I would think that the rooms would be designed for the parents not for the kids.

great location, clean, pet friendly, non carpet rooms.
the person who checked is in was lazy and not very friendly. she was annoyed we arrived and did not stop changing the many trash cans to check is in. she made us wait 10 mins at 11pm to check in. then she only told us where the elevator was. no other words offered or spoken. luckily the morning check out associate was friendly and apologized to us.
