駅から近く、静かで、お手頃。清掃も行き届き、朝食もゴージャスではないけれど十分、スタッフも親切、丸山珈琲の試飲やラスクの試飲が子供達には嬉しく、またチェスやオセロなどのボードゲームやセルフサービスのドリンクが共有スペースに用意されていたのも子供達は嬉しかったようです。
お部屋の鍵を、ホテルから出る時は毎回フロントに預けてください、というのも、今どき珍しいかな、と思いましたが、ホテル側とのコミュニケーションがあるからかえって安心感があり、よかったです。アメニティを必要なだけ取って部屋に上がるスタイルもサスティナブルで大変良いです。お風呂にバブがあったのも、普段使わないけれど、非日常で嬉しかったです。
朝食会場が少し狭いかな。それでも日本の小さなレストランくらいのスペースで、テーブルの距離は十分ですが、ビュッフェで人がウロウロするのでテーブルの位置によっては落ち着かないだろうな、と思いました。春休み前後ゆえか、小学生以下の子連れが多く、賑やか。アジア系の外国人も多かったけれど、皆さん大声で喋るタイプの外国人ではなく、日本人の子供の方が賑やかでした。

The close proximity to the station and other sights around Karuizawa was a plus. The hotel shuttle to the station and ski centre is convenient.

The receptionist is really nice. They will keep your key when you go out, you don’t need to worry about missing the key. The location is really close to station with only 5 minutes walk. Two convenient stores are next to the hotel. They provide simple breakfast without charge and it’s delicious.
When you pull out the key in the room, the fridge is shutdown which is annoying.

The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff are very friendly, caring, and helpful.

Simple breakfast provided was good. The room is clean and we were able to adjust the air cond temperature according to our like. The bed is comfortable. The staff were friendly. It’s a pleasant stay.

フロントの方々がとても親切でした。丁寧でとても感じが良かったです。いつも気持ち良く対応してくださいました。連泊でしたのでお掃除はお願いしないでタオルの交換とゴミだけにして頂きました。そういった柔軟さも良いと思います。サービスのコーヒーがとても美味しかったです。

The hotel is just a fairly short walk from the station so it is convenient for those visiting by train. It is also well placed for the Prince Shopping Mall and a pleasant walk of about 20mins to the Ginza-dori. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. All-day avaiilability of complimentary coffee and water is also a plus. The shower water pressure is excellent, and so are the DHC body soap, shampoo and conditioner,
Although not a problem for those staying just one night, we stayed for three and so the breakfast became a little monotonous. The pillow in the bedroom is uncomfortable and it may be best to have two (of different types/firmness).

Hardly any streetside signage outside building, and entry stuck in a carpark.
Breakfast comprised over-processed foods for Japanese palate. Nothing for westerner.

The location is excellent within walking distance from the Train Station.Staff are very helpful and the the hotel reception services are very efficient！I can sure I will be back again.

The stuff are very friendly. They serve free breakfast(quality is fair) when we stay, not sure if it's long term or short term service. The location is good, just 6mins walk from station and a Lawson at the next. Nice bedroom, we took a bath.
Not sure if we chose Accessibility room or what, but there is no closet and only 4 clothes hanger are provided. Room space is fair.
