スタッフも丁寧でロケーションも素晴らしかった。お風呂もゆったりして綺麗な露天風呂でとても良かったです。

ゴールデンウィークなので、お料理のコースがワンランク上しか頼めなかったのが残念でした。

Love the onsen and the guest services office where you can leave your luggage while you shop at their outlet mall. they even ship your luggage to your room before you check in.

No onsen in this hotel. have to travel to West wing or another wing can't remember the name. Room is dated. Need renovation.

excellent service and nice view

Close to JR station, free shuttle in the facilities. Great service, friendly staff, and high-quality room and restaurants. Having hot springs (charge a small fee) is a plus. I especially liked the guest center next to the JR station that accepts your luggages and sends them to your room for you.

All restaurants in the facilities require a reservation well in advance, and they are all high-end restaurants. There is nothing wrong with high-end restaurants requiring reservations, but I'd hope there are other more affordable options within a reasonable distance. The fact that the facilities are huge makes it difficult to go all the way out and shop outside. That there are no other dining options really came as a surprise to me and I had to book a table in the last minute. I didn't realize I had to book restaurants in advance and the fact that I had no restaurant reservations along with my stay (called a combo plan) also seemed a surprise to the staff during my check-in. It would have been nice to raise that information more explicitly upfront during hotel booking.

The property is a bit dated but very well maintained! The staff are so helpful - I needed to catch the earliest train in the morning and the hotel sent me to the station at 5:30am by arranging a special car for free.
