The junior suite room we chose was a good size.

The value for money was AWFUL, the staff were not helpful (although a younger member of staff on the 2nd day was better), the room wasn’t clean (found old sweets left behind and a stain on the pillow case).

Room was good size, distance was easily reachable by walking from train station, convenient store just opposite the hotel, room was clean, bathroom was split into shower and toilet cubicles which was convenient.

Location is convenient to come from JR station. Room is big equipped with sofa. Silent room. Can rent bicycles from hotel. Convenient store is nearby.

No restaurant

Breakfast was great- delivered to our room in a basket. Balanced meal with egg, sausage/bacon, salad, soup and bread. Location was close to everything. Hotel had bicycles for rental which was a fun way to get around.

It was absolutely wonderful. We both wished we could stay longer! We needed help in making a very complicated reservation in Japanese for our next destination, and the staff went above and beyond to help us. Thank you so much!

This hotel was amazing! It was our second time staying in this hotel. We were able to check in at 1 plus. Room was really clean and new. Hotel staffs were friendly. Hotel provided bicycle rental too for 1000 yen for the whole day. It was easy to cycle around the beautiful vicinity. Hotel is a great location near Karuizawa station ( about 5-6mins walk) . It's also near the bus station ( where u can take to the various tourist sites) ask hotel staff for bus schedule. Karuizawa Prince outlet mall is also a 5mins walk. ( opp Karuizawa station). Maybe because of covid, breakfast was served to us in the room instead. it was a big spread!

Stayed in the new section - it was the biggest room I have had during my Japan travels - really comfy and the bathroom was huge!

it was a little far from the train station if you have heavy luggage but then too close to take a taxi!

The staff are really helpful. I requested for yamato courier services for my luggages and the staff helped explain to me the process, time expectations, and patiently fill in the details with me since there's a lot of japanese words in the form. They also provided a baby cot upon request, very family friendly. Kudos to the crew!

It would be great if there are some common facilities like gym.
